Newly renovated cabins on River Road in Concan, Texas (formerly Indian Springs Lodges). Book 1 cabin or all 3 to sleep up to 24 people. This is cabin #1 on the property, closest to the entrance. Other cabin ID's are 2479863 and 2501373. This property has AMAZING canyon views, perfect for star gazing. Watch the deer roam the property during the beautiful sunrise and sunset. Each cabin is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a large living area and full size kitchen(dishwasher included). Each cabin sleeps 8 comfortably in beds. Please a maximum of 3 vehicles per cabin, This rule will be enforced!! There is a dumpster and private pool on site for guests of the cabins to use. This property is conveniently located within walking distance from both The Frio Store on River Road and Kenneth Arthur Crossing which has public river access.

Concan Retreat

Her stay here was very nice. We enjoyed the warm pool. The deer would come in the evenings and in the mornings. It is close to a store. Cabin three is the most secluded of the cabins.

Eclipse 2024

Excellent place to stay in Concan. Accommodations were as advertised, pool was great and we had friendly neighbors. It’s a separate house not connected to the other two units next door. Kitchen appliances and furniture were a little dated but functional. One of the two toilets clogged on our last day and we reported it to the owner who fixed it within hours (thanks!). Overall I would recommend staying here. Garner State Park which is just down the road was excellent!

Great place!!!

Other than the river water level being low, the place we stayed at was nice. Definitely will consider staying there again. Pool was a bit dirty so we cleaned it up as much as we could. Not any shade either at the pool but we had umbrellas to help. If anyone has a larger group consider renting multiple cabins. Very spacious for 8 people to sleep.

Perfect Girls Trip Getaway

My friends and I stayed in one of the three cabins on the property. The cabin was spacious, clean and had the best view of wildlife. Inside the kitchen was a metal piece that said "This Kitchen was made for Dancing" and dancing we did! It was perfect for the impromptu dance party while having everything you would need to cook onsite. We had an issue with the microwave, but Susie and her team were super responsive and brought in a new one the next day. The cabins are great for families and longtime friends reuniting alike. We had the best time at the cabin and will definitely be back!

Excellent location and very clean

We stayed in Concan Springs Cabin 3 with another family. The cabin is very clean and had everything we needed or wanted! The pool area is clean and nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had some loud neighbors one night so I would ask if there are mandated quiet times for guests to follow. We will definitely stay here again, I would propbsbly get a large group, 1-2 families per cabin would be really fun!

Must stay for family

We stayed here for my mothers bday it was beautiful the pool the access to the lake the kitchen everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much and will most definitely return for another trip.
