Beautiful stilted home in the historic community of Ozello, Crystal River. Nestled in the trees with wonderful nature views as well as very close proximity to multiple water access points out to the gulf and the nature preserve. Secluded, yet close to everything, it's a fishing and scalloping paradise! Two bedroom with one full bath, open concept kitchen and comfortable living room space with a large screened deck great for relaxing after a fun day on the island.

Relaxing 'Tree House'

We loved the quiet area, not too far from the water, and even the Island Outpost for breakfast just down the road. The house was comfortable, warm for the cool days we were there and clean. It was too cool when we were there to use the screened in balcony but another time I would have loved to sit out there. They also allowed us to have our dog stay which is a plus.

Ozello Tree House

We were familiar with Ozello Trail before we booked, but for anyone not familiar with the trail, it’s a long, twisty, drive from highway 19. Lots of motorcycles ride this road, so you get a bit of noise from the traffic. The house met our needs for a month stay and affordable compared to other areas of Florida.

Ozello tree house

Nicely located property in Ozello that is quiet & private. The driveway was long enough to park the boat trailer & truck. There's covered parking under the house where I was able to park my boat. Theres a screened in porch as soon as you walk in the front door. The inside of the house is nicely decorated & spacious. The only issue we had were small cockroaches in the dishwasher with clean dishes & else where in the house. I contacted the hosts about the roaches & they responded back promptly relating that they were going to have the property treated as soon as we leave. The inside was clean except for under the bed in the master bedroom where there were dust bunnies & small pieces of trash. Overall, we had a good stay & would stay here again.

Two night getaway

We loved our stay at the Treehouse! Very clean, great decor, wonderful King size bed, and kitchen had everything we needed. I especially liked the open floor plan and how nicely it was decorated! No clutter anywhere. The towels were very thick and soft! The porch was lovely, very private nestled by lots of trees. Loved the extra small table in bedroom to place our suitcase. Loved washer and dryer too. Our doggie had a great time too, so grateful it was pet friendly. Highly recommend this property! Fun little community of Ozello- felt like we were totally out of the way! Will come again. Hosts were very in and check-out.
