DIRECT OCEAN FRONT 2 BEDROOM CONDO AT THE SURFCASTER

Spacious master bedroom with king bed and sitting area, gorgeous ocean views, and balcony access. Balcony directly facing the ocean with a beautiful unobstructed view of ocean surf. A full bathroom off the master bedroom includes a relaxing garden soaking tub, and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin trundle, direct access to the second bathroom, and a beautiful hand-painted mural. Newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, spacious living room area with sectional, dining table, and additional seating at the kitchen counter. I do have a keurig coffee maker.

Three flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and cable services are provided. Condo features: Washer/Dryer – full capacity, Central AC, ceiling fans in every room, elevator, punch code front door access, and tile throughout. One garage assigned parking space and one uncovered assigned parking space (great for rooftop carriers or vehicles needing high clearance). The building has an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sand.

Low-rise building with four floors situated on a very uncrowded wide part of the beach. There is an elevator too!The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. The building is located only four blocks from the Route 90 Bridge and is within walking distance of many popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.

Dogs are permitted on a case-by-case basis. Message owner with weight and type of dog before booking.
Minimum age of 23 to rent: Unfortunately, Senior Week renters are not permitted in the building. *******You can bring your own sheets and bath towels or as an option , I have a set of sheets and towels as a convenience. Keep in mind though if you use my sheets and towels, You must wash and dry and put back in the closet before departing. . (Wash cycle and dry takes about 90 minutes )Remember, it’s a 11:00 am check out . I also provide a handy checklist for things to do before departure.

Great Momcation!!!

I go away once a year by myself. I call it my momcation. It was just me and my dog, and we had a great stay! Lesley is lovely and quick to respond. 10/10, I would definitely book this condo again!

Wonderful vacation

Problems

The condo was nice. We arrive on a Saturday afternoon. We couldn't watch TV until mid Monday. The Xfinity box was new and wasn't even hooked up. Was in contact with owner and spent at least an hour on the phone with no resolve. Finally her neighbor came over on Monday and found the cable box not hooked up. Later in the week the blinds in the main bedroom fell off the wall. These aren't the problems you would expect after paying $2800 for a week.

Perfect Location- Panoramic Ocean View

So much to like!!! Beautifully decorated. Easy access to the beach. An elevator directly across from our unit. Two assigned parking spaces. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping plus a short drive to the boardwalk and Delaware shopping. If there was one negative, it would be that the second bedroom has no view.We had a wonderful time. Lesley was a great host..

Very nice condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. Didn't use the sheets and/or towels. I brought my own. The only complain we had is that the 2 seater on the deck is attached and you couldn't really have a meal outside because the attached chairs didn't face the table. The water didn't go down in the master bath sink. We would have enjoyed our stay a lot more if I didn't have major fall at the entrance of the underground garage where a badly bruised my knees and bruised my ribs. I did let Lesley know and suggested to put a warning on the floor so other guests don't get hurt because the 2 inch lip going across the floor isn't easily seen at night. That was the reason for the 4 star review. Besides that it was very nice and would consider going next year.

A Diamond In The Rough

Great oceanfront location, elevator, parking for 2, very tastefully decorated, and amenities you normally don’t get in other places. We had a great week even though Hurricane Debby threatened at times. Communication with the owner was superb, we will definitely be back.

Perfect OCMD condo!

My parents, myself, my spouse, and my two kids all stayed at this condo in July of this year. I have to say, the listing was incredibly accurate and the condo was more than what we expected! It was perfect walking distance to the beach, a grocery store, a few restaurants, and the bus stop ($4 to ride all day? Can’t beat that!). We had a good amount of down time during our week as two of us got sick but we still had plenty to do thanks to the tvs, puzzles for the kids, and the amazing view! The only down side was the loud sliding door from the people staying upstairs which made it hard to sleep at night. Regardless, we will absolutely be returning next year!

Great family vacation condo!

My family and I spent the week in this condo and just loved it. It is so tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Especially loved the fact that it had a vacuum and cleaning supplies to help tidy up throughout the week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning on coming back next year! Hidden gem in the perfect part of town

Best Family Vacation!

One of the most seamless vacations that we have ever experienced. From booking to receiving prompt arrival information to a spacious, beautiful, clean and very inviting condo which offers the most amazing views of the beach with garage parking (one space with additional assigned parking nearby) and conveniently located to some great shopping and restaurants. Let's not forget to mention the awesome host, Lesley..she is so welcoming, informative and very communicative.....Our family had the absolute best time and is already planning another stay (less than 24 hours from leaving). Second year just as nice as first!

We enjoyed our first stay so much we came again this year. The condo did not disappoint. Everything was in order and clean upon arrival. It's also nice and quiet being off-season. As always, the beach and ocean were wonderful.

A Perfect Getaway

My son, our puppy, and I couldn't be happier with our stay in Lesley's condo. There isn't much that can beat a great ocean view, a comfortable and well-equipped condo, and a location that provides all you need during your stay. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The Perfect Beach Condo!

My husband, our pet dog, and I had the most wonderful experience spending our beach vacation at this condo. The place was absolutely spotless and decorated so gorgeously. The thoughtful details left by the owner for the renters convenience and enjoyment were indicative of the care and love that is put into this condo. The view on the balcony was gorgeous and relaxing. The area in which the condo is located is quiet and uncongested. The owner was responsive to all our needs. We will definitely be returning! We loved the location and the balcony views as well as door in bedroom.I was surprised that I had to put my own sheets on after traveling and just wanting to get settled. No towels were out and we found no face cloths. Couple suggestions: 1) add a grab bar in the master bath for security purposes; 2)considear having travel size shampoo and conditioner and a small bar of soap

Absolutely loved it! The location, the view and an elevator for the 1st time for us was very convenient. We stay in OCMD the same week every year for my birthday. I would love to stay there again next year, and I never said that before for any other condo we rented. Thank you all for a wonderful vacation!!!

Great place to stay!

Amazing beach front place

4 night stay; family vacation. Enjoyed the views, location and the host was super accommodating. Perfect spot for a vacation. Kitchen was great. It had everything you needed and then some. Beds and couches were very comfortable.
