Beautiful stay

My family and I had a lovely stay here the home was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the pool a lot. the home had enough room for all of us and was close to a store and movie theater. It was stocked with everything we needed and more which was amazing. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay.

Perfect stay

The house is even better than the pictures imply. Very comfortable beds, backyard is fantastic, Roku in every room, quiet neighborhood, close to everything in town, kitchen has everything you need to cook, fantastic host. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for my large family. We come yearly to visit family and will use this house again every time it’s available.

Excellent Family Retreat

My family and I came in to town for a wedding and spent the weekend enjoying the pool and comfortable house! Host was super communicative and made our visit easy! House was a great fit for families with kids and allowed for everyone to find a spot to hang in! Would def recommend!

Awesome house with a killer backyard

A+ rental. Host put a lot of thought into a great staying experience. Very nice backyard to swim in and enjoy family with after a long day at surrounding theme parks. Great extras to make your sleeping comfortable and the bedrooms are spaced out to have privacy.

Perfect house for any age

The houses very nice very clean rooms are large and everything is well organized. The pool was wonderful has a basketball hoop and a patio with a grilled a table a percola employee of room to spend and have fun with family. The hostess was fantastic easy to communicate with and always replied quickly.

Extraordinary Stay

We had a wonderful long weekend in this home. There was enough accommodation, with room to spare. All the rooms were beautiful and well furnished. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The gameroom was a huge hit with the kids and the pool and patio, wow... awesome. The owner stayed in contact communication and we thank goodness we found this home. GREAT STAY

Big family vacation

We had family that traveled to Florida ang family that lives in Florida visit with us. Kids loved the game room and the pool. There was enough space to have some quiet time if you needed it. We hope to go back at some time. Our family is only getting bigger. Thank you Tammy!!

Great house for family get togethers!

We had a group of 10 people staying at the house while we were in town for a wedding. The decor of the house was charming and the house smelled great. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our group. The house was stocked with coffee and some basic cooking supplies and is about 1-2 miles from the nearest grocery store. We were in and out with wedding activities and the pool made the times at the house really fun for the kids. Everyone was pleased with how well the house worked out for our group!

Family summer vacation

My family of 5 and our friends (5 more!) decided to vacation together in FL. We love the NSB area and this 4 bedroom home with a private pool was perfect! Listing is very accurate. Roomy bedrooms with plenty of extra towels and bedding. Nice kitchen stocked with the essentials for cooking at home. The pool was fantastic! Lots of tvs for the kids to unwind. Short drive to New Smyrna Beach. We also went down to Cocoa Beach for a day. Nice neighborhood for morning walks. Communication with owners was very good, quick response time. We'd recommend them!

The golden ladies.

What a blast we had, perfect house for all of us 8 total. Plenty of room . Big surprise in the game room. Christmas in Florida!

The home is very nicely laid out. Game room was a hit for kids and kids at heart. It was cold when we were there so only swam once but the backyard fire was a hit! Disruptions; Barking dogs across the street and train running a few times a day (very close) disturbed our sleep on occasion. Beds were comfortable, many blankets and linens-we loved this! Well stocked kitchen except for Tupperware. Very comfortable couch and home-easy to feel like home. Owner responded to any need. We would be happy to stay again if in the area.

Great Vacation Rental

The property was great! Pictures do not portray just how lovely the house is. We were there for a wedding/birthday weekend, and it was perfect. My grandchildren loved the pool. :)

Great stay!

Our entire family, grandparents, parents, two kids (23 and 20) and sweet boyfriend (22) all stayed for a wedding party a few miles away. The house was clean and nice in a neighborhood that felt very safe, and everyone had fun in and around the pool. We did go to Disney for one day. Not sure it's the best place to stay just to go to Orlando but it was great to fit it in around the wedding. Overall an exceptional experience with a wonderful host (Tammy). Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay near everything

We loved our stay in Edgewater at Tammy's VRBO. Tammy was very helpful before and during our stay. The house was just as advertised. Very clean, plenty of room, very comfortable beds, plenty of things to do at the house, and of course close to everything central Florida. Close to New Smyrna and Daytona Beach, close commute to the Orlando attractions, close to Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach. We attended a wedding in New Smyrna and we were only 13 minutes away so worked out perfectly. Easy to get to off I-95 and US 1. The kids loved the heated pool and game room. Having access to internet TV was a bonus. Kitchen was well equipped.

A nice house to stay

It is a very clean and neat house! We had a few families stay in this house for 5 nights during the Christmas season. It has nice beds, brand new washer and dryer. It also has a heated pool with a fenced yard. Kids enjoyed a lot! It is not a big house with only 2.5 bath rooms, but we could manage it. Communication with the owner was seamless. She also has air mattresses to accommodate kids' stay together. Neighborhood is ok and quiet. We recommend this house if you visit this area.
