The place is Run down.

When is the last time you have been to the cabin? I'm not asking for any refund, just to be clear. I was very unhappy with it's condition. I want to be very Honest here. Here is why? 1. The water coming into the cabin smelled like rotten eggs. I have no issues with well water but when it sticks like that it means sulfur bacteria. Your filter system is old and in very bad shape. As a guess I shouldn't have to be subject to that. You really should get that taken care of. 2. Nothing was washed. Everything was dusty, smelled dusty. We had to wash everything. The beds sheets were the worst, under the beds there were pile of dust. Shouldn't everything be rewashed even if weeks have went by? That was very unacceptable. 3. Your Cabin is falling apart. Don't know if you have given up on it or what. Very disappointing. 4. All the plant pots had weeds growing out of them, no plants. 5. I had to clean and de-weed the fire pit because it was unusable the state it was in. 6. Your deck is in bad shape, very dirty. 7. All the grills were unusable, all falling apart and dirty. 8. Table outside had moss growing on it and the chairs. I tried to cleaned them but gave up. 9. The air controls were horrible. It kept resetting to 78-80 when we set it to 74. Why do you have control device in the cabin? It was very annoying to adjust it always. Why? 10. Cameras really? I don't pay to be watched! 11. The traffic in the front and back of the Cabin was like living next to a e

Spring Break 22

A comfortable home with a beautiful porch made our stay perfect. The house is centrally located; close to the National park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Overall, this home was a great place to stay for our family of four.
