Perfect for a mountain break with family or friends, you'll particularly appreciate its beautiful garden with a sublime view of the entire Mont Blanc range.
Quiet but only 5/10 minutes by car from Chamonix town center, you'll also love its proximity to Lac des Gaillands, just 5-10 minutes away on foot.

The house is on 3 floors with access to the ground floor or 1st floor. The accommodation comprises:

1st floor:
The living space with a functional, fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable lounge.
Also available: raclette, fondue and pierrade.
Beware to access the ground floor from the 1st floor there is a rather steep spiral staircase.

2nd floor:
1 double bedroom with 140cm bed and Mont Blanc view balcony and storage space
1 bedroom with double bed (140cm) and balcony with view
1 bedroom with twin beds
1 Italian-style shower room with toilet and washbasin

Ground floor (direct access from garden):
1 bedroom with bunk beds
1 room with sofa bed and chest of drawers
1 laundry room with washing machine
1 bathroom with toilet

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Hairdryer, Television, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Iron, garden furniture.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

The accommodation is appreciated by travelers for its ideal location in the heart of nature:
Lac des Gaillands and its climbing site are just a 10-minute walk away.
For a day of leisure and relaxation with the whole family, the Accro' Park des Gaillands adventure park is also nearby, and will delight children of all ages!
For hikers, a multitude of hiking trails for all levels are nearby.

And don't miss a visit to the Musée des Cristaux, less than 10 minutes by car from your accommodation, or 10 minutes by train (Pélerins station is a 5/10-minute walk away).
To find out what's on during your stay, the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Tourist Office is a 5/10 min drive away.

Numerous restaurants, bars and shops are nearby, including Super U des Pelerins, a 3-minute drive (10-12 minutes on foot) away for your daily shopping needs.

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

## Emplacement
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. There are 10 ski areas in the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc valley, and a wide range of activities on offer (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, etc.). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, accessible by funicular, and the Montenvers railway, which leads to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5km-long valley of glaciers. There are many landscapes to discover all year round.
