This cozy, three-bedroom house comfortably accommodates families or groups. There is a full kitchen, three bathrooms, and private access. Enjoy this tranquil neighborhood location; it's only a short distance to most of Ana Maria Island's iconic beaches, a quick drive to and from Sarasota Airport, and easy access to all the amenities of Bradenton. This is a great set up for couples, large families, or for a quick business trip. An absolutely perfect get-away. We provide Wi-Fi, a workspace, free parking, a full kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, salt and seasoning, central air conditioning and heating, a ceiling fan, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, washcloths, and an iron. For entertainment and relaxation, there is a 70" smart TV , which is great to use when you just want some time to relax and watch TV after your long, adventurous days in Bradenton (please note we do not have any cable).This versatile space offers countless possibilities, whether you prefer savoring a cup of coffee in the morning, immersing yourself in a jacuzzi, or delighting in the company of friends and family. Enjoy a year round jacuzzi in a fully fenced backyard that provides the ultimate privacy and don't miss the next beach sunset! While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood, and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you can party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.
