In a quiet residential area, only a maximum of 10 minutes walk from the beautiful beach S'Amarador, is this charming detached house.
This single storey, detached house is equipped with many details to your recovery and will be a haven of peace for you: In the spacious living / dining area with fireplace, a typical country kitchen is affiliated. Ca'n Marroig has three bedrooms with 5 beds (2 + 2 + 1 / with new pillow-top mattresses) and a shower room with toilet. In addition to decorative linen curtains allow shutters (shutters) in all rooms shading as blackout.
The living room, from where you have a partial view of the pool is equipped with a flat screen TV and a stereo system (CD / bluetooth streaming). Wi-Fi is available. The porch from the living room open out to invites for a stay. until the evening, see Throughout the day in Ca'n Marroig plenty of light and sun but also shade on the covered terrace.
On the approximately 400 sqm large, enclosed grounds situated side of the house to the private swimming pool (5 x 4 m, 2 m deep) in south-west location: a good place to enjoy summer evenings. Kleines Paradies mit Atmosphäre und Liebe zum Detail

Wir kennen die Gegend bereits länger und auch die Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr besonders ist, dass es an rein gar nichts fehlt. Egal, wohin man schaut: ob Geschirr und Besteck, sowie Gläser, oder technische Geräte oder die Betten lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Mückenfenster im Schlafzimmer. Schönes gepflegtes Haus; schöne ,liebevolle Einrichtung. Wir fanden noch nach Tagen schöne Details, auch an kleinen Stellen, die man nicht sofort wahrnimmt. Kleine Bilder, Sitzmobiliar usw. sind geschmackvoll und wertig; einige Buddha-Statuen und Kerzen, oder Schalen verströmen Entspannungsatmosphäre. Dazu eine kleine Ecke an der Wand für Musikinstrumente. Aus Allem spricht, dass man sich wohlfühlen soll. Die Vermieterin ist immer ansprechbar, wenn etwas wäre und bleibt doch im Hintergrund. Man könnte so weiterschreiben. Gute Matratzen-3 liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer-alle mit eigener Klimaanlage oder wahlweise Stand-Ventilatoren. Gute Kücheneinrichtung; Geschirr und Besteck sowie (schöne dünne) Gläser sind perfekt sauber und sofort nutzbar. Waschmaschine im Haus. Dusche tadellos! Schöner Pool.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Unterkunft für zehn Tage gemietet und waren und sind immer noch restlos begeistert. Es war alles zu 100 % so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden, so etwas haben wir noch in keiner anderen Unterkunft gehabt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, es ist sehr ruhig. Der Garten ist toll und der Pool war für uns ein Traum. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und es gab in allen drei Schlafräumen Klimaanlagen und Fliegengitter, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgte. Unser Lieblingsplatz waren die Korbsessel auf der Terrasse, es war einfach toll, dort mit einem Kaffee zu sitzen und die Natur und die Ruhe zu genießen. Der Kontakt zu Frau Rudolph war ausgesprochen nett und unkompliziert und sehr persönlich. Auch die Übergabe war problemlos. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Maravillosa experiencia en una villa con mucho gusto

Pasamos una estancia maravillosa en esta villa situada en pleno corazón del Parque Natural de Mondragón. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos inmersos en la naturaleza, rodeados por la tranquilidad del entorno y la riqueza de la fauna local, incluyendo escarabajos, arañas Araneus angulatus autóctonas de Mallorca y, claro, algunos mosquitos, aunque esto último lo solucionamos con repelente antimosquitos. La casa en sí es extremadamente cómoda, con un acceso sencillo y bien señalizado. Los jardines están magníficamente cuidados, lo que hace que cada rincón se sienta especial y acogedor. Sin embargo, para que la experiencia fuera de 10, sería ideal contar con un microondas y un lavavajillas, aunque eso es un detalle menor. Por último, la única área que podría mejorarse es la conexión Wi-Fi, que no llegó a funcionar. Aun así, esto no empañó una estancia que, en general, fue excelente. Recomendamos esta villa a quienes busquen desconectar y disfrutar de la naturaleza en su máximo esplendor.

Charme hat einen neuen Namen „Can Marroig“

Wir hatten 14 traumhafte Tage in dieser charmanten Finca. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was einen Urlaub zu einem gelungenen Urlaub macht. Der wunderschöne Garten, in dem man jeden Tag ein neues Highlight findet, die vielen liebevollen Sitzplätze, der schöne Pool und das sehr gut ausgestattete Haus. Bedanken möchten wir uns ganz herzlich bei Frau Rudolph, die all unsere Fragen schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet hat. Hoffentlich bis bald.

Super tolle finca

Es war einfach nur traumhaft in dieser finca. Die Lage zum wunderschönen Strand ist perfekt, in nur 10 min zu Fuß ist man da. Im Haus und der Gegend erlebten wir absolute Ruhe und Entspannung. Es war alles super sauber, schön eingerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet. Schöner Garten zum verweilen am Pool oder grillen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Cute villa!

We had a great time at this property. It is in a Quiet neighborhood with easy location to drive to all the nearby beaches for day trips. It was very cozy to come back to in the evenings, and a gorgeous property. We used it as our location to explore all of the south beaches of Mallorca before then relocating more up north in the mountains.

Eine Unterkunft in der man sich willkommen fühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Terrassen und der Pool rund ums Haus sind ideal für Erwachsene und Kinder. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Ansprechpartnerin war sehr, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Wunderschöne Finca

Wir haben die Tage rundum genossen. Die Finca ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es gibt für alle Tageszeiten Sonnen- und Schattenplätze, tolle Dachterrasse mit Daybed, sehr schöner Pool und selbst zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Viele Grüße, Fam. Dreyer

Super Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und in 10 Minuten läuft man zum wunderschönen Strand. Wer viel Natur und Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert. Wor kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Finca !

wir haben 3 wunderschöne Wochen dort verbracht. Die Betreuung durch Frau Rudolph war super. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort gelöst. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus für Familienurlaub

Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem sehr schön eingerichteten Haus mit unseren beiden Teenagern sehr genossen. Der Außenbereich mit dem schönen Pool ist klasse. Die Nähe zur Bucht ist ideal. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto in Cala Figuera oder Santanyi. Das Einzige was uns bei der extremen Hitze gefehlt hat war eine Klimaanlage.

Tiefenentspannung

Wir haben 15 wunderbare Tage in dieser schönen Finca in Top-Lage verbracht. Es sind nur 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zum den herrlichen Buchten S‘Amarador und Cala Mondrago sowie zum gleichnamigen Naturpark, der zu schönen Kurzwanderungen einlädt. Santanyi ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wir sind zutiefst entspannt und ausgechilled ;-) wieder daheim, auch wegen des unkomplizierten Ablaufs mit der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Betreuerin Carola R.. Danke für alles.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub als Paar!

Wir hatten ein paar super schöne und erholsame Tage. Die Unterkunft ist abgelegen und ruhig, etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis nach Santanyi. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Doch eigentlich kann man den ganzen Tag auch am eigenen Pool verbringen:) Immer wieder gerne!

Wonderful base for exploring, resting and living

Stayed here for 4 nights with our family of 5 on our first trip to Mallorca. Carola was accessible before and during the stay for any questions. Quiet neighbourhood that is a short drive from Santiyani through interesting properties and farms. Lots of nice natural beauty and parkland within a few minutes' walk. Appreciated that the kitched was well-stocked with equipment and basic supplies (salt, pepper, oil, some spices, sugar). The home offered a great blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. Was a bit of a cooler time of year for use of the pool for most of us but our 9 year old son was a big fan. Ultimately a super experience that we highly recommend and would happily repeat one day!

Eine sehr schöne Woche!

Alles war wie beschrieben. Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Die Betten sind sehr gut und die ganze Einrichtung gemütlich und ansprechend, wie in den Bildern. Vor Allem hat uns die gute Ausstattung der Küche erfreut. Auch die Sitzgelegenheiten rund um das Haus. Die Kinder freuten sich sehr über den Pool. Gerne wieder!

Kleines Paradies

Die Ca'n Marroig hat uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert! Die ruhige Lage, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und das liebevoll gestaltete Ambiente sorgt dafür, dass man sich absolut wohlfühlt. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht, und Geschirr und Gläser sind geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Highlight war für uns der Pool, der die meiste Zeit des Tages in der Sonne funkelt und zur Abkühlung einlädt. Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub trotz Corona

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir durch die Lage und die wunderschöne Außenanlage beeindruckt. Da unsere Flüge mit vielen Komplikationen einhergingen, bot uns Frau Carola Rudolph einen unkomplizierten früheren Einzug an. Wir waren sehr dankbar, da wir bereits mehrere Stunden unterwegs waren. Das Innenleben des Hauses faszinierte uns alle. Mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ganz vielen Hinguckern verliebten wir uns sofort. Sauberkeit, Ruhezonen und ganz viele Kleinigkeiten für den täglichen Gebrauch...nichts fehlte. Wir verbrachten drei wunderschöne Wochen und wären am liebsten dort geblieben. Ein ganz liebes Dankeschön an unsere Hausvermieter und Frau Rudolph und wir hoffen bald wieder ihre Gäste zu sein. Uli, Heike und Dirk
