NEW Ferienhaus Strandgut Thülsfelder Dam near the lake with bathing beach WLAN
Relax at the Thülsfelder dam near the beach. The house is ready to move in since March 2016, high quality and modern equipped.
Location:
The house is located directly on the Thülsfelder dam in a newly built cottage area Katzenstein (Navi "Im Katzenberg"). The main beach is only 150 meters away. Access is via the B72, exit Thülsfelder Talsperre Mitte.
Room facilities:
Cottage with 6 beds
The open living and dining area is equipped with a modern kitchen (fridge with separate freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all other daily needed items). The dining area seats 6 people.
In the living area we offer a comfortable sofa and a TV.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. The entire house is heated by underfloor heating. In addition, all the windows in the bedrooms have shutters. As a visual protection, there are plissees throughout the house.

The house is a non smoking house. Pets are not allowed.
