I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars!! Not only was it immaculately clean, it had the best stocked kitchen & it is in a perfect neighborhood feel community but also close to any food & stores you could need. We'll definitely try & stay here again.

Comfy town home - great host!

Had a great stay. Comfortable town home for 2 couples. Location is convenient to I70 and malls/restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Love the extra towels and well stocked coffee bar/kitchen. Roomy bedrooms (both upstairs). We were able to use the garage to store our bikes which was perfect. Would stay again!

Sarah was quick to reply to emails. The kitchen had snacks and a wonderful greeting board welcoming me and my family. A bottle of wine from one of the local wineries. Great location to downtown. Very happy to find this gem.

We really enjoyed our visit

My husband and I met our daughter and her boyfriend and spent a wonderful four days touring the area and going to wineries in Palisade. The location was perfect and the house had everything and anything you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely book again

Felt like home

This place was very nice to stay at, had all the supplies needed to stay very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with the need dishes and my son liked the coffee that was supplied. Very clean and ready to move in for our stay. Nice neighborhood quiet and nice area to take a morning walk. Look forward to staying again.

Lovely house close to Colorado National Monument

Wonderful, quiet location

This was a beautiful townhome in a very quiet neighborhood. The amenities and little extras that were provided by the host were a pleasant surprise. My husband and I trailered our motorcycles to ride in the area and the one and only downfall to this location is that parking in the garage is not allowed so it made it difficult to load/unload them as there is very little room on the driveway. The neighbor was wonderful, and let us park in front of her driveway long enough to load/unload them, however, so that was extremely helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Fully Equipped 2BR Condo with 3 Bath

We stayed during parents weekend at CMU and the property was less than 8 minutes from the campus and we had easy access to about anywhere. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!!! The property manager was easy to communicate with and welcoming. We will definitely rebook for a future stay.

Lovely Stay

We were up in GJ for the Colorado Swim Championships, and it was the perfect home base for traveling to and from Mesa's pool! The decor was lovely, the condo felt like home, and we had everything we needed! I had even forgotten to bring toothpaste and was happy to find some had been provided! I loved the little coffee bar, and the Welcome sign and toffee candy were above and beyond. The owner responded quickly and was so very nice. I would stay again!

Weekend stay

Our first impression was Clean, new, and beautifully decorated. That feeling stayed with us the whole time we were there. The owner was great at communicating and made us feel welcome. We appreciated the little extras like snacks and info about local restaurants and tourist sites. The location could not have been better- close to so many shops but still in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again

Spacious, cozy home in our ideal location

The host Sarah was so wonderful and accommodating when we needed to make some changes to our trip last minute, she went above and beyond! The home is centrally located to plenty of stores and restaurants, and it was very spacious inside, plenty of room for all of us. It was so clean and well-stocked with anything we needed. We cooked most of our meals there and didn't run into issues, and the hosts left lots of information for our stay which explained everything. I'd love to come back here and stay on our future trips to Grand Junction. Thanks Sarah <3

Rowe house beauty

Sarah has a done an amazing job with this place. Super cute and charming. Our girls loved the little back patio and the neighborhood park right out back. Perfect space for our family while our house was being repaired. I wish we would have found it sooner. This was our third place we stayed and by far the best. Big closets, big rooms, lots of dresses, the best bed, and big kitchen.
