Fantastic!

Super well equipped house and everything was as expected. Great reviews in the past, and is still a fantastic property. Location was great, we really enjoyed some fishing, swimming and just hanging out looking at the amazing review. We were up for a baseball tournament and it was perfect for a few families to all be together. Would love to stay again if we do the tournament again next year!

Great Golf Group Accommodations

The house provided everything needed for 8 guys playing golf for 4 days. Exterior deck, grill and firepit added to the experience. As a group we watched Iowa State Beat Iowa in the annual matchup. everyone had a comfortable view from the large couch and chair in the living room. This was the 25th annual golf trip to the Ozark and the house had by far the best amenities compared to comparable places we stayed in past years. We hope to book next year as well.

We had a great weekend. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The group enjoyed the game room very much. Everyone had a great time and would stay there again. The area is perfect for a weekend away or vacation.

Family Wedding

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and wanted to have our family stay together. This house was absolutely amazing. The decor is beautiful and the downstairs game area was a family favorite. We had plenty of room and we were impressed with how well stocked the house was. We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to friends

Family Vacation

This house was a 10/10 experience. Not only was the property beautiful and well kept, it was within close proximity to all the activities. Perfect for large family gatherings/reunions. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stay in the Ozarks with a large group/family.

Fantastic for Masters Getaway

Myself and 11 other guys stayed at the house and couldn't have been happier with it. The place was enormous and fit all of us easily. Also couldn't beat the location being right off the 11th tee at Kinderhook. We also had a great time in the game/bar area. Nikki was great and we would absolutely stay again.

Great multi family trip.

Our families had a great time. Weather was rainy and still plenty to do. Kitchen is well stocked. There isn’t a grocery super close so make sure to come with everything you need. The dollar general doesn’t have much.

Fabulous family outing!

From check in to check out we had a wonderful experience. The house met our needs perfectly. Our large family of adult children, their spouses, and 3 granddaughters ( 2 and under) found we had all the space we needed. The house was fully stocked with all the essentials, the golf course and the pool were amazing, and renting a pontoon and jet skies required only a short drive. Would absolutely recommend this house for large families!

Golf trip

We had 12 guys there for 3 days and 3 nights. Everything we needed was right there. The pool table is a nice table. It was not a cheap one like we were expecting. Literally 2 min from the club house.

Celebrating 60 Years

In searching for a place for 14 people to gather and celebrate my grandparents' 60th wedding anniversary, I came across this gem! While only 9 of the 14 actually stayed at the house, it was a perfect place for everyone to gather and hang out, have meals, and shoot pool! My grandfather even commented to me how nice it was to be able to comfortably fit everyone into one room. The location was so peaceful and beautiful, which was easy to take advantage of in the well furnished lanai (my grandmother's absolute favorite spot!) The house - especially the kitchen - had everything we needed. You name a kitchen gadget & it is most likely there! Everything felt clean, modern, and well-decorated. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfy. My mom praised the spa tub (don't know how she got to claim that bathroom!) My favorite room was the game room! The best night of the trip for me was playing pool with my cousins on the well maintained pool table while my brother got his fill at the poker table and my aunt & uncle played fooseball - all with dance breaks of course to do the twist with my grandparents! Needless to say my family had a great time & I really appreciated Nikki for going above and beyond for us to celebrate such a special milestone! 10/10 recommend for a peaceful getaway!
