Enjoyable but..
Cobwebs in all the corners. Found a sock in one of the beds and a game piece under a couch cushion while looking for the listed futon. Only 3 of us this trip so we just picked clean beds/rooms and it did not impact or stay. Listing says it sleeps 12 but there is not room for 12 sets of luggage, nor anywhere to unpack things. We lived out of our suitcases and would have been tripping over each other in the bedrooms had we had more people with us. Only actual negative for us was the overgrowth on the steps to the beach. It really needs maintained, we had to move branches that were geowing over the steps just to pass.
But the view is amazing. The beach was gorgeous and water clear. We enjoyed unwinding and had everything we needed for the 3 of us.
