Each of our studios located in Brian Head, UT are unique and have different specifics to offer for our guests.
This unit offers a Queen size bed and a pull out couch. It has a basic stocked kitchen, just bring your food to enjoy a nice dinner staying in. Enjoy the mountain views right from the comfort of this studio.

The Space:
THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING AND NON PET FRIENDLY UNIT.


This cute studio is perfect for a small family. Unit 140 boasts a queen size bed and pull out couch and basic stocked kitchen. This unit will be more than accommodating for you and your family's vacation.
Copper Chase Condominiums still holds the title of the premier complex in all of Brian Head. You will have access to Pool, Spa, Gym, Saunas, Locker Rooms, Lobby equipped with WiFi, Common area kitchen for larger groups, and Coin-op Laundry Facilities. Our Complex also is set for ski out capabilities to the Navajo Mountain. Please remember we are a condo complex, not a hotel. Please contact your Property Manager for any assistance you might require. All units are individually furnished, please ask Property Manager if your condo has a specific amenity. (i.e. blow dryers, crock pots, roasting pans etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: NIGHTLY RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE CLEANING FEE OR TAX

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY COPPER CHASE UNITS BY RENTAL GUESTS. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THE PET IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU BRING A PET, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 FEE, PLUS A $50.00 PER HOUR FEE TO CLEAN THE UNIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

THE BASE ELEVATION FOR BRIAN HEAD, UT IS AROUND 9600 FEET.

Children under 5 may not use a public spa pool under any circumstances. Children under the age of 3 (and anyone not in control of their bowel) must wear swim diapers and waterproof pants beneath their swimsuits to provide three layers of protection against a fecal release event. No solo bathing, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. These are state law requirements.

Wristbands are required and are located in the unit.

No food or glass is allowed in the pool area.

POOL HOURS: 10AM - 10PM

UNDERGROUND PARKING IS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

Cozy spot

Cozy spot to stay with my spouse. Loved how close it was to brian head, shuttle was also super convenient. Nice to have a kitchen to cook some meals. Would stay here again.

3-Day Brian Head Stay

My partner and I wanted a condo or cabin close to the bunny hill to ski in and out of, or at least something in walking distance of it, and this condo was perfect for that!The room had a beautiful view of the Giant Steps side of the mountain, and we were easily able to walk to and from the bunny hill and ski for all 3 days. We also enjoyed that there was an underground parking garage so our truck could stay out of the snow during our stay. Overall, the room was clean and all of the amenities worked great!

Our condo inside was clean with a computer bed. The common spaces were dingy faded and needing repairs and the pool & hot tub were under renovation.

Great Location

Building was clean and conveniently located. Only complaint was that the room and complete interior of the building was quite warm. I assume this is not a problem in the winter, but for a summer getaway to cool off, it was difficult to sleep because the room never cooled off, even with the supplied window fan.
