nice stay

The house was comfortable and clean, and in a generally quiet neighborhood. The owner was very accommodating and responsive - the pool heater broke during our stay and he got someone to fix it the same day.

Pictures are deceiving

We paid for five nights but only stayed for 2. No hot water in the master bathroom. Half the outlets didn’t work. Why did they advertise a hot tub if it is the same temperature as the pool. We were very disappointed. We would not recommend this place. This should not be a super-host listing.

Home away from home

Attend Birthday Bash for my nephew who lives here in Florida our family travel here from Pennsylvania, Atlanta Georgia , Maryland and Virginia Day after the Bday we all gathered and had a fish fry at the house, enjoyed the pool and family time together. Thank You

Please note - it is not a “hot tub” as stated in the listing - it is the same temp as the pool - asked owner why he put “hot tub” in listing? - No responseNo extra blankets or towels, no pizza cutter, no extra garbage bags, the kitchen faucet was coming apart, no tv remote for the bedroom, poor communication, and really the place just isn’t kept up.We left a day early and found somewhere else to stay.We explained all of these details to the owner and asked for a response - No response yet Joe?

Loved swimming pool.

This house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Loved the heated pool. Has all the amenties you would need. Home is in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood.Comfortable beds and pillows. The only thing that was hard for me, being a short woman, is that the table and chairs and bar stools were very high and uncomfortable to sit on. It would have been nice to have a lower dining room table. The living room is cozy and comfortable. Joe, the owner, was very easy going and friendly We hope to stay again.

Very clean and spacious, very comfortable, and conveniently located.. really enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi tub! Easy communication with owner and no major issues and would love to stay there again sometime if in the same area. Thanks much!

Wonderful Stay

Had such a great time on our family vacation. It was perfect for everyone. It was close to the turnpike and beach. Everything was easy to get to. The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil. The home was clean and well maintained. I would absolutely recommend to stay here when in Flordia.

Spent Christmas in FL and this place is amazing! My kid loves the heated pool and all the room to play . The owner is amazing! Respond to any concerns or questions we had almost immediately. Great place to stay, house is clean and amazing !!!!Plan on staying here again !!!!

Cute and Spacious!

Perfect place for our family vacation to visit family in the area! Everyone had their own bathroom which was a huge plus. Plenty of room that we even had the local family over to watch football. Would definitely rent again!

This property not only met but exceeded our expectations. The screened in heated pool and outdoor lounge area was the star. But other things like the 3 bathrooms to the large kitchen and the comfortable beds made this 7 day holiday stay very relaxing and enjoyable. Would love to rent this property if we are ever back this way again. Ty
