Auburn Al Game Day Condo <1 block to Toomer's Corner WAR EAGLE!

2 bedroom/ 2 bath spacious condo perfect for Auburn University Game Days, commencement, basketball!! baseball!! gymnastics!! move-in/move-out, sorority and fraternity weekends, or just to see your kid for the weekend, less than a block to Toomer's Corner, and campus, 10-15 min walk to Jordan-Hare Stadium. Fully equipped kitchen ready for cooking, very comfy couches, living space, and bedrooms.... three tvs. But you are right around the corner from a couple dozen restaurants in collegetown, and Target and downtown Auburn Publix within walking distance. Comes with one parking space/pass during football season, but we can provide two passes most other times. We are experienced VRBO hosts, having rented beach houses on 30A/Grayton/Seagrove/ St George Island Beaches in Florida for over 25 years, so we know how to host the right way. (Feel free to ask about them!) Make your reservations now, and watch carefully, we are about ready to post for 2025!!

Warm and Cozy Condo - Centrally Located

We have stayed in several VRBOs in downtown area over the last few years, and this one is our favorite. It was very clean, well appointed, cozy and right in the middle of town. Two minute walk from our sons apartment. One minute walk from Toomers. It does get loud on the weekends, but the owner provides an amazing sound machine. I actually purchased it for our home on Amazon after we left. I like to cook for my son when I am there, and the kitchen was well appointed. The owner was incredibly easy to work with and very communicative. She is very welcoming and kind. The bathrooms are beautiful and have gorgeous tile in the showers. We will for sure. Stay here again. Thank you,Weagle!

Fabulous location, Great communication and Impeccable condo

This was our second stay at this condo. The bathrooms had just been beautifully updated and fresh paint throughout. It is always clean, parking is easy, location fabulous, beds are comfy and lots of additional touches. This host provides Keurig coffe pods, water and a few snacks which makes such a welcoming addition. We loved our stay and can't wait to return!

Fantastic Location and Great Host

The property was exceptionally clean, and Gail made communication effortless. Dedicated parking was a huge plus—no need for street parking. The location was unbeatable, just steps from the college and Toomer’s Corner. Highly recommend!

Stop searching, this is the place you’re looking for!

This is the location you are looking for in Auburn! 90-second walk to South College St, Toomers, and Target. The campus is across the street. Next door to the new collegiate hotel(beyond amazing) The condo was immaculate, the AC ran cold, and the water pressure was excellent. It had two king-size beds with high-end linens, cute living room decor, and very comfortable couches. Parking isn’t cramped. Communication with the host was incredibly quick. This condo is my new “go-to” when in Auburn. .

Perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay at Gail's apartment. You truly can’t beat the location. Close to everything and an easy walk to Jordan Hare stadium. Being right next to Sky Bar did get a bit loud late at night, but we expected that, so it didn’t bother us too much. The apartment is located right behind the new hotel The Graduate, which has a great rooftop bar! From the moment we booked, Gail was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure our check-in/out process went smoothly and that we were happy with our stay. The apartment was as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. She even gives you extra toilet paper to roll Toomer's! Overall, our experience was wonderful, and we can’t wait to return. Thanks, Gail, for being such a great host! Highly recommend!

Gail’s home was the perfect spot - across the street from campus and 1 block to Toomers. Gail made sure we had everything we needed and communicated quickly with us. She went above and beyond to help us with a problem unrelated to the house. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Auburn

We were in Auburn for a wedding- we arrived on one of the hottest days of the year and the place was cool and comfortable when we arrived.The coffee for the coffee maker, cold water bottles and make-up remover were personal touches that made the trip more relaxing. The location was perfect- we were able to walk to Target, amazing restaurants and bars. The space was accommodating for four adults and provided plenty of privacy as well as a comfortable gathering space. Gail was an excellent host.

Great condo and good location

I would give this condo 5 stars if it wasn't for the construction next door. The location is walkable to everything. The condo was clean, and comfortable and had great amenities. The only negative was the noise from the construction that started very early in the morning. I would not hesitate to return once the construction is completed.

I love everything that is Auburn. Although a comparatively short-timer compared to so many others, I have grown to love Auburn and the University since my son was accepted in the fall of 2018. He's graduated now, Professional Flight, School of Aviation, 2023. I recently retired and moved to Auburn, part time, from Tennessee. We have been renting beach houses on 30A, Grayton Beach and St George Island in Florida for over 25 years, so we understand how to treat guests and hope you will consider staying at our newest guest property.

Why they chose this property

As they say with real estate, location, location, location. You simply can't beat this. You "may" be able to see toilet paper rolls being thrown at Toomer's. Seriously, you are about a 2 minute walk from Toomer's Corner and everything that is collegetown and Auburn University! The condo comes with one parking pass for one space in the complex lot (which is heavily guarded on game days; a second pass may be available on non-football weekends). Completely re-furbished November 2021 and spring 2022. Baths renovated January 2025. You will have a fully equipped kitchen if you don't care to eat out, and washer/dryer. All linens, towels, three flat screen smart tvs, and wireless internet, are provided. Two master bedrooms each with en suite baths, one king sized bed and one queen sized bed. Queen room has dedicated work space if you need to work. Everything you would want for a perfect game day or weekend in the Loveliest Village on the Plains. War Eagle!!

What makes this property unique

You are right in the middle of all the action on game day weekends, park and you can walk to everything. Extremely clean, re-furbished completely (and constantly), all the comforts of home, and extremely experienced hosts make this the perfect place to stay when you are visiting Auburn!
