Overall Disappointed
Not happy with Car Parking.....sometimes we had to find a space outside of the Apartment Parking area due to lack of spaces available.
The Apartment was sadly lacking......
1 Pillow per person....1 Bedside Lamp....No overhead
Bedroom Lighting....Bedroom Ceiling Fan Cord broken,
unable to adjust from floor level.
The two Beds are most uncomfortable
Bathroom lacked a Cupboard for storing cleaning agents
etc....all on the Washing machine....the Towels were so,so,old and resembled badly worn Sandpaper.
Kitchen lacked a Shelf for placing Microwave,Kettle and
Coffee Filter (all three were in Lounge area)
Lounge Curtains were not long enough to cover the Terrace Doors.and offered very little privacy.
Partly modernised electric power points with poor Conduit
coverings.
Generally...the Apartment is "Tired" and in need of some
refurbishment to bring it up to a comfortable One Bed
Unit.
There was no Information Manual available but there was an A4 sheet of paper in a plastic sleeve with "Rules and Warnings" as well as A4 sheets stuck on various walls and the Terrace WIndows which perhaps helps to
illustrate that the owner of the property needs some
advice on the presentation of a Holiday Unit.
The "service charge" is an overcharge in our opinion.
We really enjoy Javea and living in Spain approx 2 hours away,we often visit the area......but we will not consider
re-booking this Apartment.
