The Holley Beary Inn is a luxury 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom log cabin located about 1 mile from downtown Pigeon Forge. This charming luxury cabin features a gas log fireplace, a total of 6 TVs and DVD players with one in each room. There is a full sized, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and espresso machine. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer plus in-ground charcoal cooking grill, and wireless internet. There are 2 king-size and 2 queen-size comfortable beds. A small bunk room with a bunk bed is available for the kids. Cabin is also equipped for the youngest visitors with a pack-n-play portable crib and booster/high chair. For games, there are dominoes, board, and card games, plus a Nintendo Wii Game System! Super convenient and quiet location. High quality inflatable bed is available for loft area to comfortably sleep 2 extra guests. Therefore, the cabin will sleep up to 12. No smoking and no pets please. BTC accepted.

Family trip

Our family met in Pigeon Forge for a church conference. We had a wonderful time at Holley Berry Inn. It made our stay perfect to be together in one place.

It was great. It’s beautiful there. Enjoyed the hot tub. However this is not a complaint but we fixed both toilet seats in the bottom bathrooms. They were so loose. And my daughter said the jets in the tub up stairs were dirty. Just thought you should know that. It is an amazing place. Thank you again !!

Perfect cabin!!

I can’t say enough about this cabin. This cabin is spacious. We had plenty of room for our party of 8. The location of this cabin is perfect. Not too close to down town and not too far out. Beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed. We hope this cabin is available for our annual trip next year!! The owners were easily available to answer any and all our questions. Most definitely recommend this cabin!!

This cabin is beautiful and super clean. It was spacious and perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 children). We contacted the host twice and she responded quickly. We would absolutely stay again.

Stay was good. Definitely not enough trash cans for a party of 10. We showed up on Sunday and the trash did not get picked up til Wednesday. Great location and so peaceful.

Family christmas

This was our family Christmas. We opted to do a vacation creating memories instead of gifts. It was perch! Our daughter and her now fiancé got engaged in the front porch! It was beautiful! Perfect week with family.

Best Cabin Ever

This is our 5th or 6th time staying at Holley Beary. We love it. Lots of space to spread out. Kids love all the amenities and adults love rocking on the porch and drinking hot coffee! Always perfectly clean, plenty of supplies provided so you don’t have to run to the store right away. Property host made sure we had everything we needed!

Nice but noisy

A beautiful log house with a cozy wood interior. The house was very clean with plenty of bedrooms with comfy beds. Because of the hardwood floors we found the house to be quite noisy. Quiet time was hard to find as long as anyone was moving about the main floor. Overall it was a nice property and gets a good rating.

Wonderful time

This was a wonderful place for us to stay. It was not only my family of 5, my parents and my sister and fiance. We had so much space for everyone it was wonderful. We had rain rain a good part of our trip and it was wonderful coming back to the cabin and using the fireplace and hot tub. We definitely cannot wait to go back.

LOVELY CABIN AND LOVELY OWNER

We had a rocky start, as there was a calendar mix up and the cabin had not been fully cleaned when we arrived, but after speaking with the owner, Cathy, we went to dinner and it was clean on our return. Cathy was very sweet and allowed us to stay an extra night and also offered reimbursement of a night. All in all, the cabin was beautiful, clean, wonderfully located (5 minutes from the Parkway) and we had a great time. We'll be back for sure.

Very spacious and roomy, stock well with everything you need…. The shower curtain need washing and a little painting inside the closet, some of the blankets were not clean…… I would recommend for a large group, overall a 4 out of 5🙂

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our visit and the house is very nice. The kids loved the loft and we enjoyed having the master suit. We were very close to the downtown. I’m sure we’ll be coming back.
