Gite on 2 levels in the house adjoining those of the owners. 1st floor (access by an external staircase): kitchen-living room, a bathroom (shower and WC). 2nd floor: mezzanine with void on living room (1 Rapido Express sofa bed for 2 people 140x190 cm), a bedroom in the attic (1 sofa with 2 separate mattresses 80x190 cm placed on a trundle bed base 160x190 cm). Total floor area: 42 m² including attic areas. Shared garden. In the heart of a hamlet, 19 km from Chambéry, semi-detached stone house with the owners with a private outdoor dining area in a shared garden. Private parking for 1 car. Shops and services open all year round 7 km away at Les Echelles or Entre-Deux Guiers. Marked trail from the cottage to the historic site of the Grottes de St Christophe.
