Please wipe down glass shower door to help keep it sparkling and help prevent lime build up. Bathroom has heater in ceiling for chilly nights. Living room has desk and chair, L shape couch folds out to queen mattress for 4 people. With romantic electric fireplace, TV, cable and fast wifi and big closet in living room. Gourmet, luxurious, galley kitchen has computer area and is fully stocked. Stainless Steel appliances with Gas 5 burner range and oven, Stainless Steel Dishwasher,Stainless Steel Microwave, Stainless Steel fridge and separate plug in ice maker. Tons of dishes, under counter lighting and ceiling recessed lighting. Free cleaning supplies etc. Table and four chairs with tablecloths, etc. Professionally decorated with art and luxury items. This is a quiet, niche area. Great neighborhood to walk or bike or walk your dog. This is great for corporate work or vacation or in town to work or a family and students, nurses, Drs, actors, etc. Large shared backyard with table, umbrella and chairs with BBQ to hang out. Surrounded in green trees with one lemon tree and one orange tree. Yoga mats inside rental and beach towels. We have lounge chairs in the garage with free laundry. Bike storage available.
