The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. It has several living rooms, including a fully air-conditioned self-contained flat for holidays with family or friends. It has a kitchen opening onto a magnificent sea-view terrace, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with shower). Wifi (fibre), towels and sheets included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- 54 m² living room with TV, sofas, library and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: airfryer, monsieur cuisine food processor electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

You will have access to a self-contained flat comprising:
- A living room with a TV, a double sofa bed, a bunk bed for children (sleeps 2) and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private 8 x 4 m swimming pool (unheated, with motorised curtain), accessible from 1ᵉʳ May to 15 September.
- Enjoy 70 m² of terrace spread over three areas and two levels, offering varied exposure. Equipped with outdoor furniture for moments of relaxation in the open air

The house is ideally located in Pianottoli-Caldarello, in a very pleasant setting. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
