The house is located in the immediate vicinity of shops and the market (200 meters away) and close to the beach (900 meters away).

In this small condominium, it is possible to easily park bicycles as well as one car through a private access.

This pretty single-storey house has been completely renovated, is functional and comfortable.

The house has a covered terrace, a real asset in case of rain.
Wooded garden of about 120m2 with terrace.

A living / dining room with an open and fully equipped kitchen and a back kitchen.
Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed 140*200cm.
Bedroom 2 with 2 bunk single beds 80*200cm.
A bathroom with shower and sink.
A separate toilet.

The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

INCLUDED SERVICES:

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.
The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).
The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
