La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré presents this house in Bois-Plage, about 800m from the beach with access either on foot or by bike path.

It is located about 300m from the shops and the market.

The villa is bright and well-equipped, the bedrooms open onto the outside.

Parking is possible in the free car park right next to the house.

SINGLE-STOREY VILLA:

The entrance is composed of a corridor serving, toilet and wall cupboard.

The main room is composed of an open kitchen with central bar island, the living room and the dining room.

Kitchen area: refrigerator, freezer, 4 gas hobs, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, sink.

Dining area: table and chairs in the extension of the kitchen and open to the terrace and the pool

Living room area: 3-seater sofa, coffee table, 2 armchairs, wood stove and bookcase. The living room also opens onto the terrace and the pool.

From the main room, access to a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

MASTER BEDROOM 1: 1 160 bed, small storage. Adjoining shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet. The room opens onto the terrace and the pool.

BEDROOM 2: 1 160x200 bed, 2 bedside tables, wall wardrobe.

BEDROOM 3: 1 160x200 bed, 2 bedside tables, wall wardrobe. The room opens onto the terrace and the pool.

BEDROOM 2: 1 160x200 bed, 2 bedside tables and chest of drawers.

1 bathroom with bathtub, shower cubicle, toilet, vanity unit with one basin, storage.

OUTSIDE:

The garden is composed of the pool area, a parasol, sun loungers and a dining area as well as a shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.

The house is non-smoking.

The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.

The heat pumps of our pools are programmed for heating to 28°. The actual water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases the pool water temperature.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

INCLUDED SERVICES:

The end-of-stay cleaning is included.

The rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside of July and August).

The key handover and presentation of the house directly on site are included.
