La Centrale of Île de Ré offers you this magnificent villa with a swimming pool, capable of accommodating up to 6 people. Ideally located in Rivedoux-Plage, just 50 metres from the beach and close to shops, it offers a perfect location for relaxing and convenient holidays.
The house is comfortable and offers a spacious living room/lounge with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped.
GROUND FLOOR HOUSE: Spacious and bright living area with lounge area and open kitchen.
* MASTER Bedroom: 1 double bed 160x200 with a dressing room.
* Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140x200.
* Bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90x200.
The house includes a shower room and a separate toilet.
The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Our local team is pleased to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant living environment for holidays, with one of the highest sunshine rates in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always nearby on our small island of 30 kilometres long. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival, we will provide you, in addition to our welcome kit, a welcome guide with tips and our advice to discover Île de Ré in the best conditions!
The house is open for booking from 5 days of rental, outside the summer period.
