Gorgeous views and pure design in this large 1,400 sq ft condo with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy its completely equipped kitchen with Italian cabinets, granite countertops, Bosch dishwasher, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero, and a full-size washer/dryer. Just remodeled, it is sparkling new and clean, ready for you.

Very large 4K Samsung TVs in the living room and master room plus extra TV in the second bedroom, 100+ channels including HBO & Showtime, and connected to the internet to watch your favorites at Netflix or Hulu. Real high-speed, individual Wi-Fi. Ceramic floors and granite kitchen counters.

Master bedroom with one king-size bed with panoramic views and black-out window shades. Walk-in closet with en-suite bathroom with separated bathtub and shower and two washbasins. All bathroom floors and countertops are in marble. Second bedroom with queen bed and views over the city, the Biscayne Bay, and the Miami River.

The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find a toaster, coffee maker, blender, juicer, iron (and iron board), and vacuum cleaner.

In the bathrooms, you will find two bathrobes to go to the Olympic pool (actually, it is longer) and the saunas. Initial supplies of towels, toilet paper, facial tissues, bar soap, hair shampoo, and hair blower. Bedrooms have sheets, comforter & bed cover. Pillow menu also available.

Great location - noisy area, difficult process to get into the pool and fitness center.
Great location ! Lots to do and accessibility to shopping, fun and restaurants. Only get 2 fobs to condo and you have 4 people you can’t all have flexibility to come and go on own if your trying to vacation. Pool and fitness check in process is complicated. I wouldn't recommend this particular building but location is good.

My wife, our 2 year old toddler, and myself had a blast at this spacious condo with amazing views of brickell and the W pool. We loved the pool and the location was right in the middle of the action of Brickell. Close to Brickell key, Brickell city center, and tons of great restaurants, cafe's, and a great park across the street!

Loved this place!!
This was our first time visiting Brickell, and we absolutely loved this unit! It was the perfect location and we were able to walk to everything. My two boys age 15 and 13 loved the pool, and the view from our room balcony was amazing. There are multiple restaurants in the buildings surrounding this unit that were really good. We stayed there for 5 days and did not need to use our car because we walked everywhere. We would love to stay here again!

Quick Vacay getaway
The location was perfect, great restaurants, shopping mall, the neighborhood was clean and safe. The building and amenities were excellent. Loved the hot tub and spa! We had access to almost everything we needed within a walking distance. We went to Bay Side for boat tour, ocean drive for dinner, beach and people watching. The hosts were very accomodating with recommendations.

This property is nothing short of AMAZING!!!! The check-in process was easy and the staff was friendly. The entire building had a distinct but AMAZING smell. I tried to figure out the fragrance but couldn’t. The view was amazing and the ENTIRE building was spotless. We will definitely stay again.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
