Close to the beach, directly on the promenade, you will find the impressive spa villa "Anna". A wonderful holiday feeling in this fantastic location will come as soon as you feel the fine white sand under your feet after only about 50m and you can let your gaze wander over the wide Baltic Sea. Walking along the promenade towards the center, you can walk within 5 minutes to the famous Ahlbeck pier and the popular concert shell. After about 3 more minutes walk you will experience the city center with many shops and restaurants. Follow the promenade from the apartment to the right, you reach after about 10 minutes wonderfully quiet forest sections. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the Polish border. This well-equipped 45 sqm 2-room apartment for 2-4 persons is located on the ground floor in direct beach location. The living area features a cozy couch corner with a flat screen TV and a dining area for 4 people. The modern full kitchen with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave pp. is also integrated open in the living room. From the balcony, which is accessed from the living room and is aligned to the promenade, there are observed throughout the day interesting. The spacious bright bedroom has a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space.
