This 45 square meter 2 room apartment on the ground floor can accommodate 2 to 4 people maximum for a relaxing Usedom stay. In the living room guests will find a comfortable seating set for relaxing and watching TV. Flat TV and radio are of course. In the adjoining light-flooded loggia in southern orientation can be taken on a large dining table meals together. The kitchenette with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, etc. is also integrated in the rear living area. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The small bathroom has a shower and sink / WC. A parking space is located in the parking garage in about 150 meters from Villa Mailin. Pets are welcome in this apartment.
The villa offers comfortable holiday apartments for 2 to 4 people. All apartments enjoy a neat and tasteful decor. Most of the apartments have a loggia. Washing machine is in the basement. Car parking spaces are reserved in the parking garage. Bicycles can be parked next to the villa in the bike rack.
