This 63 square meter 3-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor in a southwestern orientation and is suitable for 4 people. Feel well in this tastefully decorated and lovingly decorated holiday home. The bright, friendly living area combines food, cooking and living. The cozy living area in the bright loggia invites you to relax, flat TV and music system are a matter of course. A full kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, etc., and a large dining table are available in the rear living area. Both bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The two bathrooms have bath or Shower and washbasin / WC. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement. During the winter months, guests can enjoy a sauna for free on different days.

On the Kulm, in 2004, lovingly restored bath villa "San Marino" perched in a quiet, park-like grounds. Each tastefully decorated and cozy apartment has a balcony, terrace or loggia. Children will enjoy the small playground with two swings, a normal seesaw, a spring bucket and two benches on the property.   In just a few minutes walk you reach the lively town center with its numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. From here you can get to the Heringsdorf pier. With 508m it is the longest pier in Germany. In addition, the popular concert shell and the largest beach chair in the world are located in the center!   To round off the feel-good program on holiday, from mid-September to mid-May a free communal sauna welcomes you in the middle entrance of "Haus Annette" (on the property). You can warm yourself up and relax on several sun loungers and in a small sitting area at the following times: 16: 00-22: 00 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays In the "Haus Valentino" (on the property) you can use a bicycle storage room as well Fee to use a washing machine and a dryer.   Each apartment has 1 parking space available.
