This 94 square meter 3 room apartment is located in the 1st. Upstairs. Allows 2-4 people spend your vacation close to the sea and enjoy a view of the Baltic Sea. In the spacious living room has a cozy couch corner with flatscreen TV and a large dining area, which offers plenty of space for family meals. The full kitchen incl. Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave etc. adjacent semi-open to the living room. From here you can also enter the south facing balcony overlooking the park book that promises many relaxing hours of sunshine .. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 or 90 x 200) and a wardrobe. The smaller lake balcony overlooking the sea and the pier are Bansiner of one of the bedrooms. Two bathrooms with shower and washbasin / WC complete this high-quality equipment. In the basement are washer and dryer. The parking space is located on the property directly at the house.
The house has one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments in the best equipment. Laminate flooring or even Vollholzdielung are standard. Lovingly furnished living rooms and bedrooms beautify your Baltic stay. The bathrooms are bright and airy. In the basement are a laundromat and dryer. The parking space for each apartment is located directly at the house. At the moment there are no storage facilities for bicycles.
Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
