This makes it a particularly comfortable accommodation to live with everything within walking distance: shops, restaurants, beaches and Calanques.
If you are coming for a business trip, the shipyard is only 450 m away.

Are included in the rental: Wifi (fiber), end-of-stay cleaning, sheets, towels, 1 place car park and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing up liquid, dishwasher pods and washing machine).

A deposit of 750€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks blocked on account, released at your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and refunded at the exit.

Ideal for up to 4 people, this fully air-conditioned accommodation is located on the 4th floor of a recent building in the old town. The elevator becomes private for the 4th floor and allows you to access directly to the housing.
Among its main qualities, the terrace that offers an important living amenity to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with its lounge area, dining area and plancha. All with a view of the port.
Another asset, the particularly bright living room with its 4 glass doors overlooking the terrace. It also offers a large volume with its ceiling zenith exposed frame and its mezzanine ideal for storing your belongings during long stays.
The kitchen, very well equipped, is open to the living room and dining area with a neat decoration, mixing recent furniture and pieces from antique shops that gives a warm atmosphere.
The sleeping area is modular with its two bedrooms that can offer 4 single beds or 2 double beds on request. One of the two bedrooms is equipped with a desk. The bedding is quality for good sleeping comfort.
The shower room is equipped with a beautiful Italian shower, a towel dryer, a vanity unit and toilet.

You are located close to the docks and 450 m from the entrance of the shipyard.
Forget your car, everything is accessible on foot. The Calanques and the first beach are 15/ 20 minutes walk depending on your pace.
It is a friendly place, ideally placed to experience Provençal life in the heart of the old town.

We can provide you with a highchair and a foldable cot free of charge.

Other remarks
We put at your disposal 1 private and secure parking in an underground car park located 350 m on foot. You can park near the apartment to unload your vehicle on your arrival.
It is possible to park for 2 hours free of charge in the street.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. It cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Check-in times: 4pm-7pm. Departure time: 9am-11am.
During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.

The district
The apartment is located on the old port, nestled in the heart of the old town of La Ciotat, which runs quietly through small streets full of charms, and cleared of all traffic, the center being pedestrian. Discover houses whose construction spread from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Sadi Carnot square and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
Also take advantage of the new docks of the old port totally renovated in 2019. The markets, the terraces are an invitation to enjoy the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate.
You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its rugged and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «THE GULF OF LOVE» but also its hinterland: park of the Calanques, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque of Mugel, the green island, the beaches, circuit of the Castellet, etc.
On or under water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the sun.
You can also take back your vehicle and embark at your leisure on the discovery of the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Massif du Castellet or in the reserve of the Calanques, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, etc.
