Lakeside cabin

Great location - right across from Big Beak lake and a short walk to The Village, where many restaurants, shops and bars are located. Property Manager was very responsive and accommodated a late check in and early check out with no problem. The cabin itself had everything we needed.

Wonderful cabin

Our family had a great time staying here. The location is within walking distance to the village. The owner supplied everything we needed such as towels, dishes, soap, shampoo, firewood and even electric blankets on the beds. Our stay was very comfortable and we will stay again.

Big Bear Vacation 2023

Our stay was amazing. Everything about the property was as described. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The area was beautiful and located next to marina. Our kids and family loved it! Very quiet in the evening. Perfect getaway for a few days!

Cabin is clean and well appointed and great location

Only small complaint was that the hot tub jets barely worked so it was more like a warm bath than a jacuzzi experience. Apart from that the owner has done a great job and a nice care package was very thoughtful.

Great stay for families

There were a couple discrepancies between what we were told vs the welcome booklet in the cabin. The pans had Teflon chipping off, and found it odd that we had to strip the bed ourselves. But overall a great place for family and friends.

Great home and location

The house was beautiful and peaceful. The location and view was what we hoped for. Communication with the owner was fast and friendly. There were only a few minor downsides: the cleaning crew before we arrived did not clean the deck furniture. There was mouse/rat droppings ALL over the wood furniture and wall by the master bedroom as well as spider webs throughout the deck. Inside, anytime we cooked anything on top the stove or inside the stove, the smoke detector would sound off. Very annoying. The master bath toilet would stick anytime used. One couch was previously broken with boards holding the cushions which made it uncomfortable to sit on. Other than those, the house was beautifully designed and decorated. The owner was so easy to talk with.

Great property, just one inconvenient rule

We had a very pleasant stay and the property was great and exactly as advertised. The only pushback I would give is that while there is a cleaning fee, the property management has set a rule that the tenants must, not only, take all the trash from the property out, but transport the trash to an offsite location to be dumped. Carrying a bag of trash in my car to another location was pretty inconvenient and not exactly what you expect when you’re paying to stay on vacation, especially if there is a cleaning fee associated. Other than that, everything was fantastic and very smooth. We had a great time.

18 to 88! Two thumbs Up from my youngest daughter (18) to my Dad age 88!

From beginning to end our stay was PERFECT! The cabin was clean, and had everything we needed! The location was beautiful with a lake view, and walking distance to everything we needed. The area was quiet and relaxing. The space was decorated beautifully and thoughtful! The owners even put up a Christmas tree! The only thing, that was minor, was having to pick up the key to the cabin and dropping it off at a location 10 minutes away. But we understand, we had to sign the contract.. other than that it was perfect! Thank you for sharing your property with us, we made beautiful memories!

Winter Wonderland Family Trip

Wonderful stay. Property across the street from the lake and very close to the village. Property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Smart-tv to watch classic movies, spa was wonderful while watching the snow, cabin stocked with useful necessities including phone chargers. Property manager was very responsive to text. Spacious master with king bed, and two additional bedrooms with beds for kids and adults. We will definitely be back.

Great cabin, in fab Big Bear neighborhood

We had a great stay at this cabin. The Cabin is within walking distance to lots of activities and comes well stocked with fun things for the kids to play with. We did stay there during one of the hottest days of the year, and the house does not have AC. But the house has a number of fans for each rooms. We'll try to come back when we go back to go skiing!

We fell in love with Big Bear Lake years ago and were very excited when we came across this property - we could not live without it. While it is centrally located - minutes to everything, it is located on a quiet street away from the hussle of the world.

Our favorite time of the day is sitting on the deck watching the colors of the sunset play on the lake while listening to the ducks chatter about their day's activities. And as we sit there, we notice that our cares of the day have slipped away.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this property because of the Lake, Mountain and Marina views - looking out over the lake and surrounding mountains, it truly embraces all that nature has bestowed on this land! Plus, it has easy access to the lake in the spring, summer and fall plus easy access to the cabin after heavy snowfalls - truly 4 Seasons of Fun!

What makes this property unique

It is centrally located so we can get to all the fun stuff within minutes - either walking or driving - either lake and mountain fun or snow fun - 4 Seasons of Fun! The big plus is being able to enjoy the sounds of the lake early in the morning and at sunset - listening to the ducks chatter about their day's plans while watching the sunrise over the mountains or their day's activities while watching the sunset over the lake is the best.
