Great weekend stay

Beautiful view of the bay and very comfy accommodations. We loved that the unit is in a building with attendants to help with check in, so many great facilities like game room, pool table, and fitness room. It’s also a plus that linens and towels are included - I’ve noticed many units do not. Great location - minutes from nightlife at Fager’s island and the bad monkey.

Great place!

Had a very nice stay. The unit was perfect for a quick trip to Oc. The view was wonderful. Location is very convenient! The owners were super helpful and even paid to send belongings to us that we left behind!

Fantastic owners and location!

You really can’t beat the location of this hotel if you’re looking for great restaurants and bars. Owners checked in plenty during our stay and were always fast to reply to any questions or concerns. Will be back asap!

Perfect location

Location location location! This rental was in the perfect spot, we were in town for a wedding which was literally across the street. This place is surrounded by many great places to eat, and it’s very close to the beach. Very nice rental, clean and spacious enough for our family. Hosts were very responsive and great to work with.

Coconut Malorie Condo

My husband and I found the condo comfortable. The view was spectacular. The bed was comfortable. Regular cable would have been more convenient than Roku. Wifi was great. Attention was needed by owner or cleaners to the refrigerator which needed defrosting badly! Kitchen items that would have been useful: dish drain, large frypan, microwave cooking dishes, pot holders, blender, toaster oven( no way to bake). Kitchen table needs tightening up...was very wobbly.

Great weekend

The location was perfect. We loved all the little extras, like beach towels, cleaning supplies, and paper products. They had everything you need! Doug and Queenie were very easy to work with and the place was exactly as described.

Great location & great owners!

Our stay at Doug & Queenie’s VRBO listing in the Coconut Malorie in OC, MD was great. Check-in was very easy and staff were very nice and welcoming. The place is in a great location with great views of the bayside. It had everything we needed for a short 3 night stay for 2 people with room to sleep more. Doug & Queenie were very accommodating, letting us check in a little early since we arrived early and had great communication throughout our stay, checking in on us to make sure everything was going well and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Nice place

The condo is cute. We stayed there with our kids. My 11 year old loved the pull out couch. Unfortunately there were some ants which seems to be known because there was Raid under the sink which was great and solved the issues but because we had to spray my 10 month old was not able to crawl around. Other than that we have no complaints and would stay there again. :)

Ocean-side Getaway

We had such a great stay at coconut! The easy access of the building from parking to elevator made it so nice to unpack our belongings from the car. Not to mention the convenience of having so many local eateries & a few fun bars within walking distance of the condo. One of our favorite things to do is catch the sunrise & sunset on the balcony or in the billiards room! There’s nothing like opening the French doors to let that breeze and sunlight right into the living area. Honestly, we couldn’t ask for a more convenient & comfortable location, we’ll definitely be keeping an eye on this condo for when we come back!

Perfect slice of Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at the Coconut Malorie Resort. The room was very clean and had everything you need like coffee, kitchen utensils, dish soap, beach towels, sound machines and fans. Location was great and in walking distance to many restaurants. The room felt like home and was very comfortable to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee and enjoy the view. The bedroom had french doors which helped darken the room if you want to sleep in a little. We hope to book this room again in the future! Thanks again to Doug and Queenie for being such great hosts. :)

Small changes could make it perfect

Talking with the owners was easy, they were always available to answer my questions. The property was nice with beautiful views of the bay, very short walk to the beautiful beach. Pool was great! The only things that bothered us were when we arrived there was still dirty blankets in the laundry basket and one of the blankets that was clean had crusty stuff on it. We made coffee one day and put in some of the half and half that was by the coffee maker and it was curdled. Very easy fixes and it would've been 5 stars! Pictures showed a TV in the bedroom but there wasn't one, that didn't bother us at all because we didn't even use or plan to use any TV. I happened to get a look at some of the other rooms that were owned by the hotel and Doug and Queenies room was much nicer than those ones! Doug and Queenies room was one of the only balconies that provided chairs for the small balcony. If not for those chairs we wouldn't have been able to sit out there which we did a lot!! The balcony is super tiny but having the chairs and table was awesome! Hotel front desk staff wasn't super friendly, not rude just not very friendly. Hotel had ample parking.

We love recommending our favorite restaurants and things to do on the island but we get excited every time guests will recommend their favorite places as well.
