This 46 sqm 1 room apartment in the 1st. Upstairs is suitable for 2 persons. The combined living room / bedroom is equipped with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200) and two armchairs that invite you to watch TV. Flat TV and music system are of course. The adjoining loggia furnished with a rattan set offers guests unrestricted views of the Baltic Sea and the promenade. The separate bright kitchen is equipped with a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator etc. and a dining area. From the kitchen you can also reach the balcony. With its northeastern orientation, you can enjoy the same view as from the loggia. The bathroom offers guests a washbasin / WC as well as a shower. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Upon arrival, please provide a deposit of € 100 for the remote control for the bollard.
Directly on the promenade in the Baltic Sea Ahlbeck is located in a quiet beach location, the Villa Luna, where Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck flow into each other - centrally, but not in the busy centers, in the middle of the two famous piers, the most beautiful stand section of the island. The sophisticated Heringsdorf opens up on foot just as effortlessly as the authentic Ahlbeck. The Villa Luna, built around 1900 and extensively renovated about 100 years later, is a listed building and attracts walkers and visitors for its façade richly decorated with stucco elements.
Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
