Exceptional landhouse, not overlooked, large pool, Noves, Alpilles, pets allowed (2).
This exceptional property, in a dominant position among oaks and olive trees, invites you to spend your well-deserved holiday in the midst of nature, with perhaps discreet visits from small animals. Thanks to the elevated position of Les Paluds-de-Noves, you can enjoy the view of the Luberon and the Alpilles chains. Only 20 km distant from the romantic L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue with its canals, as well as from the medieval site of Les Baux-de-Provence. Shopping facilities are 4 km away, in Eyragues, a typical Provençal village.
INSIDE
The main entrance door, protected by a canopy, leads into a hall, where lefthand 3 steps lead to a bedroom with a large double bed and, opposite, to the large airconditioned TV/living room with pool table and open fireplace. Next is the eat-in kitchen with access to the terrace with views of the Alpilles. To the left is a bedroom with a large double bed, adjoining shower room and private toilet. Crossing the living room, you reach the master bedroom with a large double bed and adjoining bathroom via the walk-in wardrobe, but you can also get there via the hallway leading to the separate toilet located on the ground floor. Upstairs, the air-conditioned hallway distributes three bedrooms. The one with access to the terrace has a double bed, the fifth has four single beds, two of which are bunk beds. The last one has a double bed. A bathroom and a toilet, both separate, complete the facilities. The windows are fitted with mosquito nets..
On your arrival, you can choose three of the six available rooms, the others will then be closed.
OUTSIDE
The 4 ha unenclosed plot, of which 1 ha is planted with olive trees, offers an ideal outdoor area for a "lazy" holiday. For this purpose, there are two hammocks under the oaks and sun loungers around the huge pool are ready for you. The pool house is outlaid with a table tennis table, the gas griddle, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a very cosy aperitif-corner equipped with stools. One room serves as a lockable shower and laundry room and there is a separate WC. The well-lit boules track promises fun game evenings. And when dog is with you, there is a dog kennel down on the plot. Also worth mentioning is the covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors. Another small sun terrace can be accessed from the children's room.
OUR OPINION
This exceptional, very spacious country house offers a beautiful panorama; and trendily furnished it harmonises with the atmosphere prevailing there. We recommend this house for its tranquillity and its complete equipment, of which you can avail yourself sufficiently to spend the day. And In the surrounding area, you can play golf, go horse riding, mountain biking or stroll around Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (10 km), a town that is lively in all seasons, with timeless charm and a typical Provençal atmosphere.
