Sea view and the sound of the sea From the living room, this apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view of the Baltic Sea via the car-free beach promenade. A separate dining towards Schloonsee has a large, floor-deep window facing south. As Maisonette The flat extends over two floors and is easily accessible from the apartment belonging to parking by a lift. In the second floor are the kitchen with the dining area, the living room and a guest bathroom with large vanity. The living room with panoramic windows and French balconies can be separated by a sliding door completely from the hallway and the kitchen. Thanks to the high quality and comfortable double Murphy bed in the living room, the apartment is characterized for four people (incl. Children) very suitable. The comfortably furnished bedrooms on the first floor with a large double bed (180x200 cm) and a large closet is accessed via a staircase just inside the home. The next preferred bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and washing machine Miele leaves no wish unfulfilled. The apartment is lovingly furnished and meets the highest demands. For this purpose, recent renovations have been carried out. Facilities include two flat screen cable TV in the living room and bedroom, as well as a stereo system. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. So you are always up to date or share your holiday pictures with your loved ones at home.  The fully equipped kitchen has a stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and other electrical equipment. Children are welcome with us. However, we would like to draw families with infants to the downstairs internal staircase. Since we are partners of the Baltic Sea spa, the golf hotel Balmer See and the Baltic Hills Golf Resort, you will receive a 30% discount on the green fees in the golf clubs and until 31.  August 2019 a discount on the regular entrance fees with each visit to the spa in the seaside resort Ahlbeck. From September 2019 you will receive the discount in the Ostsee-Therme with presentation of the spa card of the Kaiserbäder (KaiserbäderCard).

From Forum Marinar you to explore an ideal base for the imperial baths and the forest and lake rich hinterland. Catering, cafes and shops are within walking distance. It is only a 15-minute walk to the pier. You have free parking space at the house.
