A dining area is housed in the adjacent light-filled porch. From here you can enter the furnished terrace over four stages. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (80 x 200), a bedside table and wardrobe. The bathroom with window has a shower and sink / toilet. A parking space is available on the property, bicycles can be stored in the basement.

The cozy, comfortably furnished apartments of this stylish little villa are ideal for a relaxing holiday. Car parking spaces are available at the villa and in the parking garage (about 50m away). Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten are possible in front of the house.
