Perfect family getaway

Sleeping/room arrangements were amazing. Very clean. Awesome communication. Easy check in/out. Pool was used a lot. There was a very steep, nicely mowed back yard. The kids enjoyed walking down to the creek behind the house. Did not get to use the fire pit bc a burn ban.We definably will vacation there again!

Good basic Cabin

Overall this cabin was good for what we needed. It was mostly clean, had a good amount of space, beds, and dishes. The pool and the hot tub were clean. We enjoyed our time here. When we had the microwave issue and contacted the host, they responded to the text quickly that they would check with their maintenance teamThe parts that made me rate the cabin lower is that the microwave stopped working during our 1st morning. It was not fixed or replacement provided or communication after being told they would check with maintenance. This made some of the food prep challenging for the rest of the weekend. Some of the blankets were not clean. They had lots of hair on them. The linens on the beds were rough/ barely a blanket. I have seen these sorts of blankets in a camper. For the cost of the cabin, I felt like they could have been a little nicer.

Beautiful home, needs a good cleaning

Jets in Jacuzzi tub in Master Bedroom will not come on. Hot tub did not appear to have been drained after last guests. Trash around outside. Dirty sock laying in front of steps, wine bottle in parking place beside house. Almost ran over it because it was clear. Just trash along and in driveway. Silly string on walls in Kitchen.

Exactly What Was Expected

The host was constantly on top of all our my questions from before the home was booked to after we checked out. The communication was on point. The home was exactly as expected! The check in and out process was the easiest one I have every had to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property managment group! Graduation Trip To The Smokies

Our Trip Was Absolutely Amazing From Start To Finish! From the big bedrooms with bathrooms in all but 1 this was perfect for our group of 16. The kids loved the indoor pool & theatre room. The adults loved the hot tub & fire pit. This location was spacious enough that we could all spend time together or have our own space. The pool and hot tub was clean & was a the best part for the kids. The host checked in to make sure we were settled in okay and didn’t have any questions. This was a perfect place to stay to celebrate my college graduation, my daughter’s birthday & Mother’s Day all in one extended weekend!

We loved it!

We really enjoyed the Cabin. Kids loved the pool and we watched movies and basketball game in Theater room. I like the bathrooms in each bedroom. We will definitely be back again!

Fabulous Place for our Large Family!

We ALL absolutely loved the facility - was perfect in every way and provided all the amenities we could ever ask for for each of us!! Was SO much fun, we want to do again in the next few years. Highly recommend to anyone planning a large gathering, family reunion, etc. Fairly close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to enjoy the events, activities there as well. (ONLY hiccup was the management companies changed right before we left and I was panicking ~ BUT all worked out well and easy to work with!) Thank you!!

Family Get Away

The house was nice. It was a great size with plenty of bedrooms. We loved the two dining tables too! It was good for our short family get away. Pam was very nice and very attentive. The only issues we had is that a tv remote control was broken and the living room fan was covered in dirt and dust. The hot tub lights only intermittently worked, but that did not affect our stay negatively at all.

Wonderful for family.

We really enjoyed the place. Huge area for cooking, eating, playing cards, and board games. The area felt secluded, but had a few stores nearby in case we needed to pick some stuff up. It was about a 35 minute drive to Gatlinburg.

Warming STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!

Warning do not be deceived by the pictures of this cabin! My friends and I with our children went up for Labor Day and this place was below our expectations. Let me begin with us specifically choosing this cabin because of the ( Pool) amenity which we were not able to use because it had chunks of hair that looked so disgusting! Second -the fridge was gross. 3rd -the overall first floor where the dinning table was had a bunch of dog hair and chips that wasn’t picked up nor swept. The fans that were not too high you can’t clearly reach with a swifter had 2 inch dust. Clearly it had never been cleaned. 4 -The kitchen wasn’t cleaned properly either , and mini oven was dirty. 5-The bathroom were so filthy with pee, Pubic hair, and poop that we had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean because it was just repulsive! We paid $450 for the housekeeping and needless to say if one is paying this amount the house should be clean! When we contacted the owner and the housekeeping they claimed the person sent to clean the house had a hard time due to the previous guests bringing dogs, therefore it was very hard to clean overall, then they both claimed that the images I sent them did not match the ones the cleaner sent them.Warming STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!! This place is not worth it! There are better cabins with better pricing and much better amenities, and not to mention 100% cleaner!

Would not recommend this cabin for people with small children. No adequate play area - the yard is a straight down hill. The noise is very loud inside. Cabin very dirty - dust & dirt hanging off the fans. The pool leaked & was not fixed during our stay. Hot tub was 70 degrees when we arrived. Requested a partial refund for the pool out of service & received no response.

Family reunion

The pictures on internet didn't quite match property. It was hard to park four vehicles without have to move one so others could get out. The fans in family room had about 1/4 inch of dust on them. The one outdoor grill was too rusty to use. I liked the two tables for everyone to have a seat to eat at. Rest of the cabin was clean. The upstairs air conditioners could not keep up cooling during the day. The temperature would rise to 77 degrees. The fan on air conditioner could not move enough air to upper level. We had maintenance come out and checked things over and they removed the air filters and said everything was working correctly. The cabin has some nice features with plenty of room for large group. Some of the attractions were too far away on single lane roads so hard to get to them. If wanted to just spend time in one area it was good.

Beautiful and fun

We had a group of 7-12 grade students and some chaperones. The kids had a great time and were sad to leave. I wish I had known before we were almost there that we needed to bring our own pool towels, though.

Absolutely incredible!

Absolutely incredible property where forever family memories were made! We had a group of 14 people and we all had a blast being at the cabin! We completely utilized the hot tub and pool every night! We enjoyed the short distance to gatlinburg and pigeon forge from the property but we could have honestly never left and had just as much fun! The house is stunning with great views, it is clean, the showers run great and are hot, and a lot of extra amenities such as towels and cooking utensils were provided in a surplus. We next time plan on bring the small children in the family and appreciate the small details like the code lock on the pool room! We cannot say enough great things about the family vacation we have here and now plan on doing it yearly! Pam, the property owner is amazing and super communicative and we enjoyed chatting with her when she came by in person to our cabin! Looking forward to being here again!

Get Away

This little trip was my Christmas gift to my children and the grands for some quality family time to relax and wind down from a busy Christmas week.. It did not disappoint. The cabin is beautiful and there is plenty of room to move about with 18 people scattered about. The pool, game room, and theater room were a hit with us all! Great place to relax and enjoy quality time with family!

Multi generation early anniversary/thanksgiving

My husband and I booked the cabin for our anniversary and an early family Thanksgiving. We have family all over and wanted to be sure to maximize our visit by booking a property that had plenty of room and amenities to keep everyone happy. After spending half an hour in the kitchen re-arranging/looking for things to cook our first nights dinner we started to see just how unclean the home was. Dust, grease, food crumbs were everywhere, including some dried American cheese in the back of one drawer. The pool rooms needs work, there are several cracked tile, missing grout, the bottom of the pool needs to be completely resurfaced as there are chunks missing but the worst part is the broken cover plate in the bottom that my son cut his toe on. The next day we decided to wash towels since we wanted to re-use them after the kids had used the pool and still have clean towels for showers. All was well until we decided to dry them and found that the dryer start button was broken and there was no way to dry our now wet towels and previous night’s clothes. I contacted VRBO who got the owner on the phone who should not be self-managing the property. I am actually in the business of renting cabins and I can assure you I never speak to my guests the way she did. For all the money we spent you are would think there would be a greater concern for her guests. After interrupting HER thanksgiving dinner preparation she seemed to feel as though we shouldn’t have needed to do laundry so soon after arriving. I guess she felt like no guests would ever need to use the dryer. There were many issues of cleanliness- including some sort of pill on our bathroom floor. The plus sides though included comfortable beds and plenty of dishes, clean linens. They need to update the pillows as all the people who commented said they sucked. The theater room could be improved with only a little effort - it seems like they are in the process. The hot tub is amazing. The pool table seemed off balance and they need to add more pool sticks. The video games were great! It would be nice to have a pantry to put your food in so you don’t have to cover the counters in your supplies. The Christmas decorations were not up to the standards you would expect for a cabin of this class. The back yard is amazing and would be great for yard games.

I love the mountains and the privacy of the cabin. The cabin is located in a secluded resort setting. It has a private heated swimming pool inside the cabin, a movie theater, and a game room. The ease of access from I-40 is also a huge benefit to guests driving in.

What makes this property unique

Imagine looking over your shoulder and into the swimming pool room! This cabin has its own private swimming pool with two glass walls looking out into the woods of the national park! A theater is located on the first floor, and a game room on the second floor and there is a private hot tub on the back deck. I love sitting on the large front porch and enjoying the quiet private front wooded yard. You can even hike down to a running stream behind the cabin. The cabin is just 14 miles to the Gatlinburg city limits, with easy access from I-40 or Gatlinburg with well maintained roads that are relatively flat and wide. There are no steep, winding, narrow roads here. There are lots of trails and hiking nearby too.
