This quiet, yet centrally located apartment is u. A. Equipped with laminate and floor tiles as well as 200 * 160 or 155 * 80 cm beds.
In this 2009 house Bucheneck modern, comfortable, bright 3-room attic apartment with south-west terrace overlooking the coastal forest are one to three guests welcome. The living room with dining area, sofa, safe and access to the roof terrace has a TV, DVD and stereo system. The equipment of the open kitchen includes: a fridge incl. Freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, hand mixer and toaster as well as a microwave, coffee machine etc. In the bedroom with further terrace access u. a. a comfortable double bed, a Weckradio and a second TV set available. The small side room has a 1.55m long sofa bed and moreover a writing station. Both bedrooms are protected by Fenstergaze against insects. For the stay on the roof terrace different garden furniture are available. A washing machine, an ironing board, iron, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner complement the features of the separate cloakroom or shower room. On the property are the parking space already included in the rental price, a storage room for bicycles and a small children's playground. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment in which pets are not allowed.
