Discover La Petite Maison, an ideal haven of peace, nestled in the immediate vicinity of the famous Sillon beach in the sought-after Rochebonne district and the must-see corsair city, Intra-Muros. Whether you wish to enjoy a stay with family or friends, this house is the perfect place for a car-free holiday!
Your holiday home in Saint-Malo: spread over two levels, La Petite Maison offers, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, open to a cosy living/dining room, with direct access to the garden. Upstairs, there are 2 comfortable bedrooms with storage. One, with a Queen-size bed (160x200), overlooks the garden. The 2nd bedroom, facing the street, is equipped with 2 single beds (90X190), which can be pushed together on request to form a double bed.
La Petite Maison has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one upstairs: bathroom with shower and toilet.
The outdoor areas of my holiday home: the plus of La Petite Maison is its enclosed, quiet and intimate garden (East facing). It has a terrace equipped with garden furniture. You will also find sun loungers and a barbecue for your outdoor meals. Parking is free on the street.
