La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers you this charming house, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Loix, it is close to all amenities: bike hire, restaurants and shops, providing the perfect setting for your holiday.

The house is comfortable and comprises a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.

Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed (140x200).

1 shower room with shower, double washbasin and WC.

The house is non-smoking.

Pets are not allowed.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Our local team is delighted to welcome you to the beautiful Île de Ré! The island offers a particularly pleasant holiday environment, with one of the highest levels of sunshine in France. Everything can be done by bike or on foot, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our little 30-kilometre-long island. Passionate about history, summer activities, gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to help you enjoy a quality stay in our house.

When you arrive, in addition to our welcome pack, we will provide you with a welcome guide containing useful tips and advice on how to discover the Ile de Ré in the best possible conditions!

The house is available for bookings of 5 days or more, except during the summer period.

SERVICES INCLUDED :

Cleaning at the end of your stay is included.

Linen hire and delivery for beds and bathrooms are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).

The handover of keys and presentation of the house on site are included.

Tourist tax is not included.
