Nice experience yet can be better

My partner and I are really enjoying our stay in Heliopolis E in Cap d'Agde. However, the checked-in time could be better managed. We asked to check in before 2 PM, but it was impossible. So, we came at 4 PM as it was the earliest check-in time, it was super hot that day, and the host was late due to many other tenants. Would it be better if we check in earlier? It was also good for the host.

Situé à 100m de la plage, proche des commerces, restaurants, bars et clubs ce très bel appartement nous a séduit pour son côté cosy et chaleureux. A notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par Christophe qui nous apporté toutes les informations pour des vacances réussies. Prestations de qualité avec lit fait, serviettes de douche à notre disposition, propreté irréprochable....
