This beautiful and pet-friendly townhome is located just minutes away from a variety of shopping districts, restaurants, NCSU, downtown Raleigh and Cary with easy access to major roads and toll free hwys(I-40, I-440, US-1 and 64), RDU International airport and RTP. All pets must be disclosed in your booking message $75 each pet, limit of two pets.

Open concept first floor with spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. Kitchen boasts upgraded cabinets, large breakfast bar (barstools provided), spacious pantry, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Real hardwood floor, gas log fireplace, large concrete patio with Solo Stove firepit. Master features large walk-in closet, trey ceiling with add on master bath suite w/ dual vanity, large closet, and separate tub and shower. No residence behind allows for privacy. Walking distance to neighborhood pool.

Base nightly rate includes for 6 guests. Additional guests $20/pp/night. Private rental agreement and security deposit hold on credit card (like a hotel) are required.

This townhouse was fantastic and in a great location close to grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations. Nice space, just a few minor comments the homeowner may be interested in addressing:The manual can opener is brokenMaster bath sink stopper (left side) was disconnectedWater pressure at kitchen sink was a bit low,for added safety would recommend a CO detector, however, we brought our own.Otherwise, everything was perfect.Also, the owner is very responsive!

Family wedding

We came into town for a family wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of room and having a laundry room with iron and ironing board was so helpful. We loved it and would stay there again!!

It was a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice place for an extended stay

We stayed here for a month and felt very at home. The townhome was well furnished and in a quiet neighborhood with a secure garage. The location is conveniently located close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely recommend it.

We really loved this townhouse. The location was perfect, very close to our sons who live on NC State’s campus. It was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked and we did cook! The beds were really really comfortable! Very spacious. Definite 5 star in all ways. Will reserve again next time for sure!
