Need a place to get away to? Look no further. Our place is just 15 mins S. of Fayetteville. Close enough to be part of the University's activities or Fayetteville's many venue/events yet far enough outside of town to relax when they are done. Our RV is setup as a cozy retreat space. There is a large deck and firepit to enjoy the outdoors as well.

We loved the location and amenities this place offered! We worked from home during the day then went into town and to Devils Den State Park then went to the property to use the hot tub and fireplace Communication was great, host always responded quickly.
Enjoyed our stay! Clean rental in a quiet area. Hosts were communicative and airstream had was appropriately stocked. Loved using the hot tub, grill, and fire pit as well :)
Loved the location. Beautiful setting. Nicely maintained and kept. Driveway a little tight for a truck and trailer, but a car/suv would have no problems. Host answered quickly when we had an internet issue, got reconnected quickly. Loved our time there.
Stayed while in Fay for a fraternity mom’s weekend. After a full day of events and crazy evening activities, the Avion was just the place I needed to relax! Communication with the hosts was top notch and the place was just as pictured. Super clean, comfy bed and beautiful setting.
I loved it! It was quiet and in nature. It was off the grid yet close to town.it was a very needed couple of days to recharge and the hot tub definitely helped. Everything was clean and the host was very responsive. Will definitely be back.
Thank you. Renee.
Pure beauty and tranquility. Me and my wife loved the whole atmosphere here, simple yet so much to soak in around the property. Owners are amazing and super caring in making sure you have the best stay possible.
Quiet and private. Nestled in the woods. Exactly my type of place. I recommend it for anyone who prefers nature over city bustle or is just wanting a dose of that to unwind.
This place was absolutely amazing!!! If you enjoy laying under the stars with your significant other, this porch is the best place for it! Very secluded and serene. This was by far my favorite place I’ve ever stayed. So peaceful! Do yourself a favor and book this place!
We decided to take a little weekend trip with our 2 1/2 month old as a last hurrah before my maternity leave ended, and this was the cutest way to do it! We absolutely loved the place. It was so cozy! We even had enough space to set up our son’s portable bassinet inside. It’s far enough out of town to where you can enjoy the quiet of nature, yet you’re close enough to pop in for groceries or a bite to eat! We will definitely be back!
Sure coming back! Been looking for my go to place when we come in Spring and Fall to visit the kids. They loved it too and stayed the whole day both days.
Quick FYI for manager, the grill wasn’t working right the night before we left. It came in but didn’t have a good flame like it had before.
You can't really advertise the vibe of an area, but there are sure good ones here. It rained most of the time (ah, love Arkansas), but nonetheless, I was able to rest and relax. I got to do a tiny bit of hiking and loads of just being in nature. I was comfortable and felt very safe and secure! I will definitely be requesting this one again! The place was super clean and fresh smelling. The sheets smelled divine! Decor is beautiful without being overwhelming on the senses. They have everything you could possibly need, but you're still only 15 minutes from civilization. I'm very grateful for the opportunity to stay here! ❤️
We arrived after dark so it was a little tricky finding the trailer. We loved the location, though. Very peaceful and the trees were turning colors. The trailer is really small and the listing says it sleeps four. That is not so. It truly sleeps three people. When we discovered this we were glad that my adult daughter decided not to go with us. There weren’t enough towels and bath cloths for three people staying two nights. It is just really small. You literally have to lay in the bed in order to watch tv. There are no chairs to sit down in the trailer. There are two little bar stools but they are very hard and uncomfortable. We’ve been there and done that but we won’t stay there again.
This property was exactly as expected. Owner was super nice and communicated with me very well. Super cozy and clean. Wifi worked very well. My next statement is NOT a complaint just a fyi. When you pull into this area at night and you are a scardy cat it can look super sketch and spooky, but I was never afraid of danger especially when we pulled into the driveway and several bright motion lights came on and lit up the property very well. Just saying that so you know what to expect. Love it and hope to go back again sometime.
The air stream was so comfortable and we loved the surrounding nature. The owner left us all the fixings for smores so that was so thoughtful. We built a fire every second that we could and there was plenty of firewood for our use. We loved it!
