In the living room you will find a comfortable couch, which simultaneously the extra bed for the 3rd and 4th Person represents. The open full kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge and microwave etc .. At the dining table in the open living area space for family meals. The furnished balcony is from the living room accessible and promises relaxing hours of sun outdoors. The bedroom is equipped with a new box spring bed (180x200) and enough wardrobe space. The private bathrooms feature a bathtub with shower screen and sink / toilet. A parking space located in the underground garage (entrance height 2 m) and is the apartment assigned. Bicycles can be like to insinuate in the garage. Washer and dryer are available in the cellar to use.
