The host is very nice. It was a nice stay in the middle of our trip between Cuenca and Quito. My kids loved to be on a farm with alpacas, dogs, cats, ducks and birds. They said it’s like a real zoo. :)

I moved to this property in Ecuador in 2012 after my father passed away and soon after studying Permaculture Design in Los Angeles where I was a full time RN. I started working on this land which was raw, no trees or structures on it. I then traveled to Australia and studied Permaculture more in depth. After making numerous mistakes on the property I went back to school and have been executing my final permaculture design project for my certification, here on my land in Ecuador. Now 8 years later, I have chickens, alpacas, dogs, cats , and a few exotic birds and a thriving eco system where I grow food. My love of nature started here in Ecuador spending my summer vacations on my grandparents farm. Now I live here and am very grateful to teach Permaculture and steward this beautiful place, thanks to my dad and family’s help. It’s been quite an adventure and I am excited to share this space with as many people as possible !
