Cute Historic home in Austin

This house has been remodeled and is rented to nurses and doctors. We are opening it only for March to public. This is a historic home near university of Texas. Has 2beds a kitchen and a bath. Nice front and back yard. In 2050 this would be a historic home. The home is close to the university and a central location. This would be perfect for a traveling nurse, a student or a doctor as Saint David hospital is 5 minutes away! Smoking is not allowed inside the home if found traces of smoking there would be extra charge added.

Overall terrible experience

The place was so filthy we had to ask the host to get the apartment cleaned again. It was dusty and the apartment had been filled with so much air freshener you could blow the place up if you lit a match.
