I was not comfortable with area this property was located in , pictures were misleading and did not show what the outer look of the property was. My family felt unsafe therefore we did not stay at this property.

I gave my daughter a birthday dinner with family.

Beautiful Historic house

We stayed in this beautiful historic 2-story home in St Louis, MO for a week. Very nicely decorated, furnished and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The carport with garage door was a bonus. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The area was an older part of town they are refurbishing, but we felt safe and liked the historic structure. Would recommend if you are visiting St Louis or any of the surrounding areas.

Amazing old brick home, quirky neighborhood

The house was fabulous. Lots of space inside! I appreciated the extras; flowers, snacks, plenty of items in the cabinet if we forgot something. Alexi was quick to respond to my questions, solved the issues that we did have. Yes, the neighborhood is undergoing growth, homes are being redone. At no point did we feel unsafe in either the neighborhood nor home (four women with six kiddos). I would definitely stay again!

My New Go To

This is my second time renting this property. And I was just as impressed as I was the first time I came. The property manager is so nice and attentive. The HUGE TV in the living room area was a plus for the PPV Fight. Beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen had all of the utensils and pots and pans that I needed. PLENTY of space in the main areas. I will be back.

Very good looking property. Everything about it was on point. Very organized. Everything is straight forward. The alarm system is active, garage opens and closes fine, the door locks work. Host will communicate before and during ones stay. They respond back at a timely manner. The only thing i suggest for any new guest is to not bring a lowered car. The garage entrance is not very friendly with lowered sports vehicles, that’s my fault not the hosts fault. Other then that it’s a great spot around other stores and restaurants. Not to far from attractions near by. Thank y’all so much and thank you for organizing everything for my stay.

Sweet 16 Success!

I was looking for a large enough space to celebrate my daughters Sweet 16 birthday with dinner, games, and breakfast and this location definitely did the job! Alexi was very responsive and accommodating as I was very transparent with our plans for our stay and she even set out snacks for everyone along with BEAUTIFUL roses and birthday balloons for my daughter! How sweet and thoughtful was that?!🧡🌹🧡 My sister cooked dinner and made breakfast for the girls and she had everything she needed to prepare their meals. The place was immaculate and looked just like the pictures online. I would definitely stay here again and would suggest anyone else to book with Alexi as well! Thank you for being an amazing host Alexi!
