The relaxing living room opens onto the 6mx4m pool, 1.40m deep and secured by a submerged roller shutter, it is surrounded by an exotic wood terrace giving access to the 4 bedrooms all equipped with a bathroom with Italian shower and vanity unit and a dressing room with shelves, wardrobes and drawers. One bedroom with a 180x200 bed, 2 other bedrooms with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, [hidden] 4 beds of 90x190. The house has 2 toilets, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, a cordless vacuum cleaner and an iron/ironing board. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, utensils and all the necessary dishes. The living room equipped with a solid wood table for 10-12 guests is open to the living room and also to the covered terrace housing the furnished outdoor kitchen which invites you to have breakfast, lunch, dinner around the wooden table for 12 guests. Plancha and barbecue are part of it. Facing the living room beyond the swimming pool, the landscape is occupied by the light of the sky and the mimosas overlooking a small stone wall. A space with a clothesline is provided to allow it to dry in full sun. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning and provides access to WIFI. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Pool and beach towels not included. Access is easy for people with reduced mobility, but the showers and toilets are not wheelchair accessible. The property has parking for 3 cars, and public parking is available next to the property.
