Bathed in light thanks to its south-facing exposure, Villa Iris welcomes you for a stay in the heart of Cap Ferret, on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from the central beaches and market. Ideal for a family vacation, this fully renovated villa (2024) offers a spacious living area and two terraces, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day.

On the ground floor of the main house, you'll find an entrance with storage space, a laundry area (washing machine and dryer), and a large living area featuring a cozy lounge, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a dining room that opens onto the south-facing rear terrace, where the swimming pool is located. The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms (160 cm bed), each with its own en-suite shower room and storage space.

An independent guest house, accessible via the terrace, completes the villa, offering an additional double bedroom with a shower room and WC—perfect for hosting family or friends in complete privacy.
Outside, a landscaped and enclosed garden surrounds the property, enhanced by wooden terraces for relaxing outdoor moments. Secure parking is available on-site.

The stay fees included in the rental price cover the provision of household linen, a mid-stay cleaning, and the end-of-stay cleaning. For each additional week, a stay fee of €420 will be required for the weekly renewal of household linen and cleaning service to ensure optimal comfort throughout your stay. This amount must be paid directly to HOME ME (for you).

A security deposit of €2,000 is required, either by check upon arrival or by bank transfer no later than the day before the guests' arrival.
Throughout your stay, your Villa Manager will be available by phone to answer any questions you may have.
