Villa Salamba, le charme avec piscine

This 160m2 villa is as beautiful inside as it is outside: comfort and charm are the key words... its swimming corridor surrounded by a magnificent wooded garden and a splendid olive grove is a true paradise!

Inside, the spaces are spacious (living/dining room 58m2, kitchen 12.50m2, bedrooms from 11.80 to 15.40m2) and tastefully decorated; the modern kitchen is fully equipped, and each space is air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms welcome you for a stay with adults or with your teenagers.

The bedding is of hotel quality and at least 1.60m to offer you restful nights after long swims or hikes in the surrounding area. Real electric shutters and mosquito nets equip your rooms.

There are plenty of activities in the area: from visits to wineries, the Gorges du Verdon, picturesque villages of Haut Var, such as Lorgues and Flayosc, Sillans la Cascade, Cotignac, Tourtour, or the joys of the seaside with St Tropez or Sainte Maxime, Fréjus or Agay, the lakes of St Cassien, hikes in the Estérel at Dramont, in short, you will be spoiled for choice!

We require a security deposit for any stay of €2000 via a secure site or on-site. You can rent your pool towels for €5/person. We also offer extras:
-cleaning during your stay (€200),
-the purchase of champagne (€39 each) and local rosé (Oppidum Côte de Provence - €17 each, €32 for 2, €46 for 3, chilled),
-and spreads for €28 (eggplant caviar 80g, lemon sardines 80g, tomato basil and parmesan delight 80g, and black tapenade 180g) with their croutons,
-grocery delivery and storage in the property (€19).

The pool is open from April 1 to October 31. It is not heated, so swimming depends on weather conditions.
