The 203m² Villa Frégate offers all the charms of a year-round vacation home. With its 4 master suites with 180x200 beds (separable into 2x 90x200) and private bathroom for each bedroom, it offers optimal comfort to all its visitors.
The large, bright living room opens onto a southwest-facing terrace, covered by a bioclimatic pergola and shaded by large oak trees, in the heart of a flower-filled garden.
The cosy living room overlooks the pool and features a flat-screen TV.
The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook and make the most of local flavors. It features an American fridge, wine cellar, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner hob, filter coffee maker and Nespresso pod coffee maker, juice extractor, blender, toaster and kettle.

The heated indoor pool, at the heart of the villa and accessible directly from the living area, is ideal for an exceptional stay in any season. It opens out onto the terrace, where you can soak up the Côte de Lumière sunshine.

Villa Frégate is ideally located right next to the Port Bourgenay Golf Course, a magnificent Links between maritime pines and hedged farmland, all with ocean views. Just 500m from the marina, where you'll find a wide range of water sports, and less than 2 km from the Veillon beach. This is a supervised beach, ideal for swimming and renowned for its kite-surfing spot. The villa is also within easy reach of several other beaches, including the Grande Plage in Les Sables d'Olonne.
L'Estuaire du Payré, close to Plage du Veillon, is a natural site remarkable for its unique setting and unspoilt nature. Here, you can take a stroll and meet the oyster farmers of La Guittière, who are always ready to let you taste their products.
There's plenty to do in the surrounding area, including horse riding, sand yachting, kite surfing, hiking, tennis and much more. On the way to Les Sables d'Olonne, the Aquarium de Vendée is less than 2 km away.
A seafront cycle path leads from Les Sables d'Olonne along the Cayola bay and through the Bois de Saint Jean, the perfect backdrop for a bike ride.
Gourmets will appreciate Cayola, a gourmet restaurant with an exceptional view over the Bay. Les Sables d'Olonne also boasts a number of excellent restaurants to suit all tastes, including Le Fatra, Le Quai des Saveurs and Les Chardons.
Last but not least, the Vendée is a region steeped in history, and visitors will find plenty of evidence of this rich past. Less than 5 km from the villa is the Château de Talmont, a vestige of Richard the Lionheart's reign. You can also visit Le Puy du Fou, less than an hour away by car.
